We stayed here for a weekend April 15th. They met us for an early check in which was extremely nice of them. We loved the room and they also gave us an adjoining for our daughter for FREE. This way she didn't need to sleep on the sofa bed and would have her own bathroom. That was a nice surprise. Every employee was SUPER nice and helpful. We will absolutely stay here again when we are in town. Thanks so much!

This was our second stay with Wendy and it was as delightful as the first. Wendy is a wonderful hostess with a wealth of information about the area and what to do and not to do. Stayed on the third floor this trip and the room was just as simply elegant as the first. This is the best B&B we have visited and the only one we will visit multiple times. You need to enjoy Wendy's garden when you are there.

We booked a night at Ascot House purely off the reviews - and we are so glad that we did. Everything about this B&B is perfect. Wendy, the lovely owner, is delightful, helpful, full of information and very welcoming. The rooms are large, bright and romantic, and the little town of Marietta has bags of character - and is in a perfect location. We had a really lovely night, with a fun evening in the 200 year old pub thrown in. And it is dog friendly. I would recommend this B&B to anyone.

I purchased a 2 night stay at Ascot House via living social as a Christmas gift for my mother and her boyfriend. It was the best gift I could have given her! First off, my mother's schedule is a bit hectic with work, so I had to make a special accommodation request to fit the offer I had purchased. Wendy was so incredibly helpful and kind! A true pleasure to speak with over the phone! She took care of everything. On top of that, my mother had the absolute best time staying at the Ascot House. She was sad to leave! Wendy made them both a delicious breakfast each morning and allowed them to make themselves fully at home. My mom went on and on about how beautiful and relaxing the house was! She even sent me pictures while she was there! My only wish was that I could have gone with them. So, of course, now we are planning a trip back to the Ascot House as soon as possible, me included this time! I can't wait to experience it first hand! Thank you, Wendy, for giving my mother a perfect, much needed, getaway! And for those of you thinking about booking, don't hesitate on this one!

The rooms were excellent! Very old fashioned and perfectly styled. But the best part was developing a relationship with Wendy, such an amazing lady with so many stories and experiences to share! We will come back for every season to see the garden!

This was our second stay at the Ascot House, it was better than the first. Seeing Wendy again was like seeing an old dear friend. She is the best host of the multiple B&Bs we've stayed at. The house is situated in a great place for people interested in antiquing. It's minutes away from some of the best places in Pennsylvania to antique and pick. There are other attractions nearby as well like the uber cool town of Lititz, wineries and Amish Country. Just down the street within walking distance are great eateries as well. Mc Cleary's Irish Pub is a block and a half away. It has great food, beer selection, and atmosphere. The Railroad House has the most incredible and unique menu. As far as the Ascot House goes it's warm, cozy, relaxing and fun. I've said it before and I'll say it again, it is absolutely the best B&B experience I've had and the wife and I love it. Worth every dollar.

First things first...your hostess, Wendy...delightful! We've been doing the B&B thing for quite some time now and can tell you just what the absolute most important aspect of it all is...YOUR HOSTS. Wendy is top notch! So welcoming, so accommodating, so kind, so genuinely engaged in ensuring her guests' experience is the best it can be. I won't go into the details of all the other aspects here...suffice to say the rooms, the breakfast, the common areas...all what you'd expect them to be from the likes of such a wonderful lady as Wendy! We highly recommend you get to know her!
