    This charming, light-filled room on the 3rd floor is decorated in soft green and rose Waverly chintz fabrics, providing a cozy atmosphere for your weekend getaway in Marietta, PA. Two antique pineapple-post twin beds face the working fireplace with its original federal woodwork. The room’s TV & DVD rest upon an antique lowboy and a comfy velvet rocking chair sits next to a cherry chest. The huge window overlooks our historic inn's English garden and views of the Central Pennsylvania hills on the far side of the Susquehanna River. In the winter months, when the leaves are off the trees, this room affords a view of the river.$110 per nightThe Parlor - relax and enjoy this comfortable sitting room. The parlor is a delightful place to enjoy the many board games, jigsaw puzzles, books and cards that are available to guests.  
Afternoon tea is served here each day.
    The Bedford is an elegant, extremely comfortable and spacious two-room suite overlooking the main square of Marietta's Historic District. The bedroom has an antique mahogany king size four poster planter’s bed, mahogany bed steps, oversize wing chair, traditional cherry and mahogany furniture, TV & DVD and fireplace. The sitting room furniture includes an antique marble-topped table and queen sleep sofa which face a second fireplace. The lovely bathroom is down three steps from the sitting room it features a large Jacuzzi tub, vanity and separate shower.  The Bedford is an ideal honeymoon suite, and, with its sleep sofa, can also be a suite for four. $175 per night for 2, additional guests $25 each.  
This suite can be opened to connect with the Essex Suite; the two suites combined will accommodate up 8 people, making it perfect for family reunions and wedding parties.The Surrey is a lovely and spacious 2nd floor suite running the depth of the house.  Its front facing windows overlook two of the oldest homes in town.  With its carved queen-size four-poster bed, traditional cherry furniture, an antique low-boy, bed steps to reach the high bed, a decorative fireplace with original moldings and floral Robert Allen fabrics, this guestroom provides relaxing accommodations for your next weekend getaway in Pennsylvania. $165 per night
    The Surrey's enormous luxury bathroom overlooks Ascot House's English garden.  The bathroom has a two-person Jacuzzi bathtub that faces a working fireplace, a separate oversize shower and double sinks.  Larger than most peoples bedrooms, this blue and white striped bathroom, with Italian tiled floor, provides a memorable spa-like experience.The Suffolk Suite reflects the comfortable elegance found throughout our historic B&B. The queen-size, mahogany plantation style four-poster bed is accented in black and cream Waverly fabrics. The room has an armoire with TV & DVD player, a bachelor's chest with a pull-out shelf and a large wing chair that sits beside the decorative fireplace.  For the business guest, ample working space is provided along with high-speed internet access. $165 per night
    The Suffolk's spacious bathroom has a two-person Jacuzzi tub that faces a working fireplace making this suite especially romantic.  This spectacular bathroom has an Oriental rug over the traditional Pennsylvania painted flooring.  A separate two-person shower, marble sink and large vanity complete the room.The elegant dining room with its antique Queen Anne furniture.  Breakfastis served here on Wedgwood china, Spode crystal and Antique silver.

    The Norfolk is an extremely large comfortable room, with wonderfully soothing cream and beige Waverly Toile fabrics. The room has a king-size bed with padded headboard. The sitting area has a queen-size sleep sofa, large TV, DVD & VCR player, additional seating and a working fireplace with original federal woodwork. The Norfolk is a delightful retreat for two people. However, if you are planning a weekend getaway in PA with friends, this room also can accomodate an additional two persons by using the sleep sofa. The adjoining private bathroom has a Jacuzzi bathtub with an integral shower and pedestal sink. 

Room rate per night is $170 for up to two people. Add $25 for each additional person.
