This is an absolutely beautiful B&B. We travel 70+ nights a year for business, & this was one of the nicest places we stayed last year. The hosts were lovely, the bed was heaven, the house was spotless. We can (& have) recommended Millstream Farm Inn to fellow artists. It's a grat place to stay when doing the Mount Gretna Art Show.

This B&B is outstanding!!!! John and Carole (the inn keepers) are wonderful! They both make you feel right at home the moment you walk through the door. The Millstream Inn is charming and VERY, VERY clean!!! Each room had so much character. There is a lot of history in the house which was so interesting to hear John and Carole talk about. Carole's breakfasts were delicious. The beds were very comfortable. Before we left we made another reservation for the holidays to see the Inn decorated. We can't wait. We would recommend the Millstream Inn to our family and friends. Janine & Gary Ragusa
