Hazelnut Room: This spacious bedroom is accessible for everyone and the private bathroom is tiled and marbled with a whirlpool tub and shower combination. A large gas fireplace makes it very romantic and the room has it's own private outside entrance besides the inside entrance.

Besides having the most comfortable bedding available, we wouldn't be a Bed & Breakfast if breakfast didn't live up to its reputation. Shown is a 'regular' on the menu: Dutch Style Pannekoeken. Rolled crepes filled and served with fresh fruit, juices, coffee or tea and appetizers like home made banana bread and fresh cut grapefruit sections.

The Bar is the most contrasting common space in the house since it is decorated in old European 'Brown Cafe' style. This area is used by guest to make fresh coffee or tea anytime and has a sink, refridgerator, icemaker, icebuckets and glassware availble. Of course it is a great place to socialize while sitting at the Walnut bar top and letting the large fireplace warm your back.

All rooms have a private marble & tile bathroom attache right to their room. Some with Jacuzzi whirlpool baths, others with Jacuzzi Airbaths (like shown) or with clean glass showers. All have blowdryers, soft towels and antique looking fixtures, yet modern in functionality. Instant hot water and super pressure puts our B&B in a class of it's own.

You do not just have to live in your guest room. Our very spacious and comfortable living room with old wood burning fireplace is available to all guest for reading, chatting or planning the days out into Amish Country. Different seating arrangements give you your own space for whatever mood you are in or to play a game of cards at the gametable.

Directions to property:
Come to the east side of Lancaster, PA on any major road and from route US-30 East turn south on Rt. 896 and after 0.25 mile make a right on Rockvale Road. After 0.5 mile turn right on Bowman Road to the Inn.
We are on one of the four road circling Rockvale Outlets of Lancaster.

Directions from airport:
Take I-95 south and go about 8 miles past the airport (PHL) and take Rt. 322 west. After about 8 miles on Rt. 322, turn left on Rt.1 south. Next take Rt. 41 north (Avondale) to US-30 and you'll turn left (west). After about 12 miles on US-30 East turn south on Rt. 896 and after 0.25 mile make a right on Rockvale Road. After 0.5 mile turn right on Bowman Road to the Inn.

Our cottage for the ultimate in getaway. It is the ORIGINAL springhouse built by the settelers in the mid 1700's atop a still active 300 gallon a minute spring. The faint bubbling of water can be heard during the very quiet times at night.

No cancellation fees within 24 hours of making / confirming the reservation or if cancelled at least two weeks prior to reservation. A fee of $35 will be charged when cancelled between two weeks and five days prior to your reservation. Cancellations within five days of reservation (Including shortening your stay) will be charged one night at the room's rate. Cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit, Gift Certificate or charged to your Credit Card on file.

Besides everybody's duties at the B&B and obviously cooking, Lorin's hobbies include singing, counted cross stitch, and sketching and Toni's include astronomy, computers and most technical fields. Lorin's art van be admired throughout the whole Inn!
