Weekend getaway

5 on January 12, 2016

My husband and I decided on a quick getaway night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We are so thankful we chose Silverstone. The accommodations were terrific and the innkeepers made us feel most welcome. We have already expressed these views to many of our friends. We may be local but we will certainly be back again. Thank you.

Wonderful accommodations in Lancaster

5 on September 26, 2015

Definitely a first class, five star inn. Everything was perfect--from the spectacularly furnished house (lovingly renovated), prime location (away from the hustle and bustle, but minutes away from everything), gourmet breakfast, and the warm welcome we received from Toni Wortel, the most knowledgeable, friendly, and fascinating innkeeper I have ever met. Thank you Toni, Lorin, and Miranda for a wonderful stay.

Silverstone was nothing short of awesome. We stayed in the cottage, there were sheep that would come right up to the deck. The hot tub outside was so convenient and easy to use. Inside the main house was just lovely. There's a bar area where you can meet with friends to enjoy your favorite drinks; very cool atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious; crepes and sausage, very yummy! We loved it and will definitely be going back!

Simply Perfect!

My husband and I just spent the weekend here. This B&B is most certainly a step above the rest. The innkeepers were friendly and welcoming from the minute we arrived. The common rooms are all beautifully decorated, and our room with its fireplace was warm and comfy. We especially enjoyed the breakfast room with its individual tables, not to mention the delicious food. The next time we are headed to Lancaster, there will be no doubt about where to stay.

Butternut Cottage

This is the third time we have stayed at Silverstone Inn and it is definitely the best BnB in Lancaster County (We have stayed at others over the years). Toni and Lorin have created a great environment and are terrific hosts. The breakfast was outstanding and we enjoyed our stay very much. B&J
