Milestone Inn
The Milestone Inn is an early 20th Century Tudor Revival mansion which shares Medieval English tradition with French Eclecticism. The interior is well-appointed with five fireplaces, interior hardwood and slate floors, poured concrete steps, arched passageways of carved limestone, white cypress paneling, and commissioned ironwork from the studios of master craftsman, Samuel Yellin.
The Milestone Inn boasts a sprawling ground floor interior which is well-positioned to host parties, celebrations and meetings. Four spacious bedrooms each with a river view and private bath occupy the 2nd story. The bedrooms are appointed in luxury silk linens and guests receive turndown service complete with ice, chocolates and complimentary beverages along with personal concierge service. The mansion also cradles a large lawn, copper pavilion and private courtyard to further expand its hospitality.

The first floor of the Milestone Inn serves as gathering space for weddings, event, corporate functions and is perfect for fundraisers as well. Central Air and two ADA compliant powder rooms complete guest comfort.
There is a different occupancy for each room on the first floor. For example, the library is best used for cocktail parties and mingling. There is limited seating and the room can comfortably hold 20 to 30 guests. The banquet room is the largest room on the ground floor of the mansion and can seat 65 for a served meal or can accommodate up to 110 persons for cocktail use which allows for limited seating and tables.
The outdoor grounds boast service for up to 350 wedding guests and can be tented, complete with an outstanding river view.
