This room also opens onto an outdoor balcony, and the bathroom contains a large Jacuzzi tub for two.

The Loft Room has high ceilings with exposed beams, original floors and exposed brick & stone walls. This suite is in the attic on the third floor and very private as no other guests on the third floor. Breakfast was delicious. Joan and Brian and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Location right in town was convenient to shops and restaurants. We parked in the public garage located just a few steps behind the inn. We completely enjoyed our stay at the Brafferton Inn.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at The Brafferton Inn on August 28th. We received a tour and history of the inn, and were able to upgrade to the Cordori Suite for a nominal charge. Breakfast was included and it was VERY good! I ordered quiche and my husband had an egg bake with blue cheese. Just wish I could have tried the blueberry pancakes - they looked delicious. It was a great way for us to start our Pennsylvania vacation.

Recently stayed at the Bed and Breakfast. Upon check in I was immediately disappointed that there was no parking or parking vouchers provided. Getting checked in was a hassle, the woman who checked us in gave us a speech about how lovely the facility was and gave us a mandatory 'tour' of 2 rooms; the parlor where the furniture was badly worn out and the dining room, where the cloth placements are never changed between breakfast seating's. Please be aware, breakfast requires a "reservation" with 3 seating and its a lovely day, the patio and gardens they brag about are not an option unless advanced notice is given, one cannot even take coffee into the garden area for breakfast. In the three days we were there the garden area and tables were always emptied. The rear entrance and exit to the parking garage is through the facility's garage where one light bulb offers light during the dark evening. One did not eve feel save entering and exiting the property. In addition, you get lovely view of storage and debris. The most disappointing experience was having to kill roaches in our room, yes roaches. Upon making the owner's know about this, an apology was not even offered or a refund so we could go elsewhere. We were charged the full amount and treated very rudely thereafter. I fully question the reviews that have been posted here since they all are excellent with no complaints. Something does not seem right comparing our stay to the stay of others.
We have owned this bed and breakfast for 10 years, and truly love all our guests who have stayed with us over the years. This guest, however, is very mean spirited and this is a very hateful review. The review is full of inaccuracies and false accusations. We fully explain on our website about parking, and the check in process is easy and not a hassle at all. Our parlor has new furniture, not old and worn out, and breakfast to all our other guests is a delight. The garden area and outside deck can be used 24 hours a day, yes you can bring your coffee outside, and we do serve breakfast outside with a simple request. We have never is our 10 years seen any "roaches", and when these guests brought it to our attention, we stripped all of there linens and thoroughly cleaned their room. We asked them if they needed anything else, and they said they were fine. We absolutely never treated them rudely. They stayed here three days and never complained again, or asked to switch rooms or leave etc. They actually never checked out with us and left without paying or turning in the key. Please read our 350 other reviews on this site for an accurate description our us and our inn. Thank You
