Very clean, very spacious, and great service. Ideal location in the heart of town, with great shopping and dining within an easy walk. Our morning breakfasts were excellent! We recommend with no reservations.

A really neat place to stay. Quaint. Wonderful amenities. Don't forget to say hi to the fabulous black lab named "Char" who you can find in the adjoining Lord Nelson Gallery -- named, by the way, for a black lab.

Our stay was very nice and the location is very close to the main square. The room was a little dated and there was no television in the bedroom. Other then that it was very clean and it provided a little kitchen if you were so inclined to make your own meals.

It was very nice. The people who checked us in and out were very nice and helpful. The room was super clean and we liked it because it provided all the dishes you need. It is an excellent place to stay. The only downfall is the breakfast. It isn't much of a breakfast and the muffins were so dry we couldn't even eat them.
Thank you so much for reviewing our hotel and for your compliments to our staff and the cleanliness of our rooms! We know that everyone's breakfast requirements are different, so our continental breakfast basket is designed to provide a quick muffin and fruit to the business person running out the door, or a morning snack to tide over vacationers until everyone in their party is ready to head out the door to the diner. Many of our guests also enjoy wrapping up the baked treats to carry out onto the battlefield for later. I'm very sorry that you did not enjoy the muffins provided. We do bake everything in house and hold our quality to the very highest standards. We really enjoyed having you as our guest and hope to see you again soon! Sincerely, Catriona

We were very pleasantly surprised with this little hotel. The staff could not be more pleasant and the full kitchen was a real treat. The continental breakfast provided the evening before was really very nice. We would stay here again.
