Spencer House Bed and Breakfast
When it was built in 1876, the Victorian mansion at 519 West Sixth Street was one of the showiest homes in the city and Spencer House remains an an architectural showplace. Six rooms with private baths, cable TV, VCRs, private phones, bathrobes and ceiling fans. All rooms are individually decorated and to instilled their personalities.
Please let us know if you will not be arriving during regular check in hours of 3-5pm. Arrangements can be made in advance for all hours of check in.

From I-79 - You will be approaching the end of 79 and the beginning of the Bayfront Highway. You will pass two traffic lights, at the third light (West 8th Street) make a right hand turn. Continue on West 8th Street for 5 lights. You should be at the intersection of Cherry Street and 8th Street. Make a left turn. Continue two streets. At West 6th Street, turn right. We are in the middle of the block on your right. From I-90W - Take the State Street Exit. Make a right turn and continue straight (it winds a bit, don't be startled) all the way to West Sixth Street. Perry Square (a park) will be in front of you, turn left. Continue around the park. Turn left on West Sixth Street. Continue on West Sixth Street five blocks. We are between Walnut and Cherry on the left side of the street. From I-90E take the Peach Street Exit. Turn left on to Peach Street. Continue all the way to downtown Erie. At West Sixth Street, Gannon University will be on your left, Perry Square Park on your right. You turn left on West Sixth Street, continue 5 blocks. We are between Walnut and Cherry Streets on the left side of the street.

- Limited accommodations for guest pets (Mature and well-behaved pets usually allowed, check with us.)

- Deposit amount required (We require a miniumum deposit of $50 per reservation, or half of your total balance for longer stays.)
- Check in time is 3pm-5pm and Check out time is 11 am

Deposits are taken at the time of reservation so please be sure of your travel plans before confirming your reservation. Refunds will be issued minus a $10 processing fee for cancellations made 10 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made after 10 days prior to arrival will be charged the full amount unless the room is re-rented. For special circumstances, arrangements can be made to transfer charges to a future stay.
