This is a wonderful Bed and Breakfast establishment. Breakfast was fantastic and the entire manor is set for relaxation and comfort. Chocolate Chip cookies are available during the day and are just wonderful. Both Norm Kurtz proprietor/inkeeper and and Karen Ruiz were very welcoming and friendly. They have the most exquisite kitchen at the manor also. The room we had was just right and was well furnished and comfortable. I have recommended Twin Pine Manor to quite a few friends and we hope to return in the near future.
Thanks so much for recommending us to others! "Word of mouth" is sometimes the best advertising possible for a B&B. Hope to see you soon.

My husband and I was celebrated our 21st Wedding Anniversary. This was our first experience ever in a Bed & Breakfast Accommodation. It was everything we had ever dreamed of and has sparked our interest to always look for this type of accomodation when going out of town. We were greeted with warmth and made to feel welcomed. What we liked most was the privacy and cleanliness of the entire facility. We liked that we didn't have to have room service because everything we needed was there. We used the exercised equipment two days while there. The breakfast was healthy and nutritious. Everything was great and whenever we go that way again, we will definitely make reservations to stay there.
We're happy to hear your interest was piqued for B&B's after you first stay in one! Thank you so much for staying with us and taking the time to write this great review!

Loved the beautiful landscaping. Enjoyed the Kerig - having many choices like tea, hot chocolate, and varied coffees. Also had sodas, bottled water, and Greek yogurt any time of the day. Had a frig that could be used. Ice availability. Room was decorated very nicely. LOVED the fire place. Bed was comfy. A very enjoyable place.
Thank you for staying with us, and we'd love to see you again!

Our bridge group spent the weekend at Twin Pine. A friend had recommended it. It exceeded our expectations. Each room has a jacuzzi tub, fireplace, shower stall, large TV, DVD player. Facility had large workout room, fully equipped, grand piano ( player ) , warm chocolate chip cookies, self serve assortment of hot beverages. Magnificent gardens, pond, lawns. Breakfasts were special - cooked and served by the cook and the owner. Can't rave enough.

The first impression upon turning in the driveway was "Wow! This is beyond beautiful! Everything about Twin Pine Manor was far beyond what we have experienced in over 10 other B&B's. Cleanliness & comfort was perfect, as was the breakfast - delicious & plenty of variety. We shall return!

My wife and I have stayed at over 50 inns/b&bs' in several states, in our 31 years of marrage. Twin Pine Manor rates as one of the BEST. The owner and his staff were exceptional as were the accomodations, ammenities and the estate setting. We will return.
Wow, you've stayed at over 50 B&Bs! Impressive! We are humbled and grateful you rate us as one of the best. Looking forward to seeing you again.

And what you see is truly beautiful. The grounds, the house, our room (Victorian), the breakfast were fabulous. Norm is a congenial host when we met him at breakfast. Karen welcomed us and gave the tour. Brenda prepared two wonderfully scrumptious breakfasts. What a treat! We loved the in room Jacuzzi. Ephrata is convenient to all the Lancaster area for touring. There are many restaurants and things to do to choose when planning your stay. We went to the Cloister because we arrived at Twin Pine after lunch and there was no one there to let us in. Check in time is 4 PM. This was the only inconvenience. The Cloister tour which is closeby was very informative and I would recommend it. We returned to the B&B at 3:15 and sat in the gazebo chatting until 4 when we were admitted. We would have preferred early admittance to drop off luggage but it was worth the wait. Every detail to each and every room in the house was meticulously decorated. We went with friends and we had fun playing games and shooting pool. The music coming from the piano was soothingly upbeat and put everyone in a happy mood. Would love to return in the future.
It was a treat having you visit us! We so enjoy first-timers to the Manor, and hope to see you again.

It never gets old, pulling into the driveway of twin pine.. It's breathtaking! The alpine suite was finally available this trip..and it did not disappoint!! When were out during the day shopping or site seeing all we keep saying is we cant wait to get back to the manor..We love to order our dinner from one of the close by restaurants & take it back to the manor & have a nice dinner in one of the beautiful common areas. Norm & his stay are truly warm & welcoming! There are many many places to stay in lancaster..but the only one to ever stay at is twin pine manor! "Exceptional"
Thank you for this wonderful review! You're not alone in loving the Alpine Suite--it's a very popular room.

My husband and myself always stay at Twin Pine Manor when we go up to Sight and Sound performance. I chose this bed and breakfast after researching on-line days to find a bed and breakfast. The first time we went we fell totally in love with the place. Norm and his staff is so friendly and the food was great. We usually stay one night but have done two nights. The next time we have decided to do two or three nights after talking to others there and finding out about several other places and events in the area.
We're so happy your online research paid off! The beauty of B&B's is often talking to other guests and discovering new things to do in the area you've never done before. Thank you for this great review!
