Come stay with us where this 1895 Victorian Farm House is nestled in the Heart of Lancaster County, Enjoy our quaint little town of Ephrata. My Husband and I grew up here and know some off the beaten path for the country sites, plus Antiques,shopping and more. Our B&B has 3rooms with private baths. You can enjoy the sitting room which has a outside balcony or sit outback in the lovely gardens and have a glass of homemade lemonade or icetea. Come and enjoy our town.

Located on Main St. of Ephrata, Pa. From the East coast,or Western United States,take the Pennsylvania Turnpike to exit 286. Follow route 272 South to Ephrata. Turn right on 322 West ( this will be main st.) approxmately 1/2 mile 229 Bick house on left. From the South, take 222 North. Take the Brownstown/Akron Exit. At the end of the exit ramp turn right. At the traffic light, turn right onto route 272 North. Follow through Akron pass (Dairy Queen will be on your left). Turn right on to 322 West (This will be main st.) approxmately 1/2 mile 229 Brick House on the left.

glad we stumbled on to kromer's b&b. linda and elmer made us feel right at home from the minute we arrived. linda was very helpful in directing us to points of interest including a evening meal at an amish home. thanks very much for having us. we will return.

This was an awesome vacation. The stay at the B&B was very nice. We felt like we knew the Kromers for a long time. Very nice people and very homey. Hope to see them again.

Elmer and Linda were great hosts! Very cozy, down to earth place to stay. Great value and service for the price. Would definitely come again.

The Kromer's greeted us as soon as we arrived. They were warm and welcoming, and spent time talking with us. The room and bath were clean and refreshing. The home and atmosphere was beautiful! We're definitely going back for another visit!!
