  • The is Sleepy Hollow Bed and Breakfast as you are driving up the lane to register.
    Our latest addition, The Carriage House at Sleepy Hollow B&B. Our latest and largest rooms, "The Roost" is located in the rear of the building and the Americana Room is in the front right off the deck. The Americana Room is a 2 story room with a bedroom Loft. Both rooms have Fireplaces and Whirlpool Tubs. Call for open dates.
    "The American Suite" in the front area of the Carriage House. The Bedroom Loft in the Americana Suite has a 9 Foot window overlooking the main house and the neighboring horse farms below. The room is tastefully decorated with everything in the way the room was named, The Americana Suite. The other side of the loft is overlooking the Gas Fire Place in the Living Room below. This is the perfect place for that Winter Time Blues Getaway that you have been waiting for.
    "The Roost" located to the rear of the Carriage House. This spacious room has a Private Entrance, Private Bath with Whirlpool Tub and Shower. Wood Stove with Duraflame logs supplied, Queen Size Bed and Full Size Sofa Bed for two children while attending Knoebel's Amusement Resort. Here you have your own Satellite TV/VCR and your own Four Season Room with a great view down to the Pond.
    The Roost's Four Season Room has a Refrigerator and Coffee Pot for your early morning coffee or late night cocktails. The Gazebo and Pond can be seen through the lower woods from here in the Roost. Plenty of room for the whole family.
    "The Nest", its just beautiful. Come to Sleepy Hollow and spend the weekend with your special loved one. Private Entrance, your own Satelite receiver, TV/VCR, Love Seat, Beistro Table & Chairs, Remote Controlled Gas Fireplace and a Whirlpool Tub for both. Your private Bathroom has a beautiful solid Cherry Hardwood floor, you have to see it to appreciate. Call early for reservations, this is our most requested room.
    The Hummingbird Room has your own Private 3/4 Bath with Neo Shower, TV/VCR, Refrigerator and Air Conditioning. This is on the second level with a beautiful sitting room and deck right outside.
    The Butterfly Room has a Queen bed and a full size Futon for the children. Also, a full bath with tub and shower, refrigerator, TV/VCR and Air Conditioning. It's better than being at home, full breakfast is included for all.
    The Mallard Room is on ground level, no steps. It has a Queen Bed, Private 3/4 Bath, Electric Fireplace, Whirlpool Tub for two, TV/VCR, Refrigerator and Air onditioner. Privacy at it's best.
    The Gazebo next to the pond is a quiet beautiful setting, to sit with a loved one, or read your favorite novel or maybe to renew your wedding vows. You should see the size of the fish in the pond only 10 feet away.

    A Romantic, warm and friendly country atmosphere awaits you in our Cape Cod house located on the side of a hill situated on 15 acres, overlooking neighboring horse farms and our beautiful pond. We are secluded, yet close to a wide variety of attractions in the area. In nice weather you can just sit back and relax on a rocker on our 40 foot front porch where deer, turkey and other wildlife are seen almost daily. In cooler times, you are welcome to sit in the living room in front of our cozy fire. We offer 7 large air-conditioned bedrooms all with private bath, TV/VCR, Hair dryers and refrigerators in each room. The 2 upstairs rooms are separated by a private sitting area and deck overlooking the patio and the back woods. There are 2 ground floor rooms with private entrances, whirlpool tub, Fireplaces and simular amenities as our other rooms. We also have "The Nest", a Romantic getaway Suite with many amenities to make this stay private and enjoyable. A full country breakfast is provided with home baked goodies. In warm weather, breakfast can be served on the front porch or patio. Iced Tea is available anytime. "The Carriage House at Sleepy Hollow" has 2 large suites with Whirlpool Tubs. "The Roost" has a 4 season oak room overlooking the pond and woods and "The Americana Room" has a Private Deck and Bedroom Loft with sky lights and much more.

    Luxury in the wilderness

    The Americana room in the B&B's carriage house was much more spacious than one would ever guess from the photo. It's "loft" is essentially a full size upstairs bedroom with an open wall. From the downstairs, the opening creates a cathedral-like impression as the open ceiling above the fireplace seems to rise forever. The bed was comfortable, the hosts welcoming, and the breakfast plentiful and delicious. A great getaway for the entire family.

    Wonderful B&B that allows small children

    We were just finding a place to stay for a night because we wanted to stay at Knoebles longer with the kids. I looked at all Hotels/Motels but none was close enough and the right price just for one night. I know looking at the B&B's I wasn't going to get anywhere because almost all of them don't allow smaller kids. When I read about Sleepy Hollow B&B I called right away because they do allow small kids but only have limited rooms for families with kids. We got the birdhouse room and it was just perfect and we had our own bathroom and for a family of 4 (kids are twin boys) we always need room but we had pleanty of room, very clean bathroom was big so more then just one of us could be in there at one time. I was a great time and we will be going back again and for a longer weekend :)

    A house in the woods

    Very pleasant spot in the woods overlooking a farm. The owners may be the youngest B&B owners in the country! But they keep a very nice place -- quiet room, well furnished, good breakfast, plenty of places to take it easy including a very nice porch with a view. Very friendly, homey atmosphere. A great halfway stop if you're going from, for example, Pittsburgh to NYC as I was doing.

    Fantastic B&B

    What a wonderful place! The setting is beautiful and serene. The hosts, went out their way to makes things special. They made staying at a B&B a truely enjoyable experience. By far the best B&B we've ever stayed at. We hope we can get back to that area of the country and do it again!

    The Roost

    In "The Carriage House" at Sleepy Hollow B&B, the Roost is a large Suite with a Private Entrance, Queen Size Bed, Fireplace, Sofabed Sleeper, Satellite TV/VCR/DVD, Movies, AC, Private Bath with Shower and Whirlpool Tub & Hairdryer. There is also a private Four-Season room with a Bistro Table & Chairs, Microwave, Coffeepot and Refrigerator. This room looks out into the trees and overlooks our Pond area.     The Americana Suite

    "The Americana" is tastefully decorated with the American Eagles and our United States patriotic colors. This is a two story room with a Bedroom Loft, Skylites over the Old Havanna Queen size Bed & looking out over the valley through a 9 foot window. On the first level there is a Private Entrance, Gas Fireplace, Private Bath with Whirlpool Tub and large Shower and Hairdryer, A.C, Satellite TV/VCR/DVD, Queen Size Sofa Bed for extra guests, Bistro Table & Chairs, your own private deck and lots more.     The Birdhouse Room

    The Birdhouse is located on the first floor of the main house, just down the hall from the kitchen.     Mallard Room Lockout

    This 2 room area with private entrance is attached and rented with the Mallard room for larger families. The large Living Room area has a Queen Size Sofabed, TV/DVD and Refrigerator. Behind this is another large bedroom with Queen Size Bed and a full size Futon. Great for larger families.

    Wonderful B&B that allows small children

    Our experience at Sleep Hollow Bed and Breakfast with the new owners Kareena and Jimmy was the greatest experience I and my husband had. The owners are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. OUTSTANDING PLACE!!!! Next visit will be with a Philly cheesesteak for Kareena and Jimmy......

    Fun times at Knoebel's

    My sister and I took our 4 children up to Knobel's and were very fortunate to find this beautiful Bed & Breakfast. Kareena and Jim are super nice and the rooms were much more than I expected. The grounds are fantastic; if I had my fiance and not my boys I would have spent the days just relaxing in the beautiful surroundings. The kids all enjoyed hanging out and being only minutes from Knoebel's. This B&B is going to be a family tradition!

    Jim and Kareena are wonderful hosts. They made our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, rooms were very clean. Small changes they have made since they have taken over from the previous innkeepers are nothing but improvements. Will be back next year! Wonderful stay! Thank you!

    Fantastic time VERY close to Knoebels

    Upon arrival, we were greated with the friendly hosts, Kareena and Bill. The rooms were perfect and had everything we could have wanted and more! The setting is amazing and the fish pond is HUGE and filled with awesome fish that are very fun to feed. Plenty of room, great breakfast and nice folks! We will be back again and again and again!
