Glazed with honey, soy, lime, star anise and hoisin. Slow, low temperature roasted for 15+ hours yields a tender, flavorfuland juicy yet fat-reduced delicacy. Served with hoisin, this specialty dish is available during some dinners. The Five course Gourmet Dinner is included in our Room rates, but is also available to outside guests for $23 to $29+ per person.

We are a small resort Inn whose policy is to not overbook rooms. We guarantee your reservation; reservations are held once we receive a deposit. A loss of deposit occurs if reservations are cancelled for any reason within 14 days prior to arrival. The same policy applies to early check outs for whatever reason.
