We spent my birthday evening at the Tara on a whim and were so impressed. The "Fiddle-Dee-Dee" room was everything we expected and more, and the dinner at Stonewall Tavern was fabulous. Will definitely return soon!

My husband and I stayed at Tara for our first anniversary. The service we received was amazing. We were treated so well that we felt like royalty. We will be staying there again this year for our anniversary. Highly recommended!

BELLE’S BOUDOIR is a little bit naughty. It is decorated in red, gold and cream to give a very rich effect. This room has a queen-sized ceiling to floor canopy bed, gas fireplace and a large sunken tub. There is a separate shower in the bathroom.CARPETBAGGER'S VACATION is a perfect name for this room with its rich green tapestry effect. The queen-sized canopy bed in the center of the room is breathtaking. There is a Jacuzzi and gas fireplace in the room and shower in the bathroom.
CONFEDERATE GETAWAY is decorated almost exclusively in cream colors for a soothing effect. The room is enhanced with wicker furniture, a queen-sized four-poster bed, and a gas fireplace. There is a Jacuzzi shower in the room.Afternoon Tea A delectable arrangement of finger delicacies & tempting confectioneries
KATIE O’HARA’S SUITE The old servant’s quarters of the home is now a spacious two floor suite. The bedroom and sitting room are upstairs with a queen-sized bed and gas fireplace. An original 1854 circular staircase attaches the bathroom below with a large Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.RHETT’S ROOM is very rich and masculine, colored in blue and mauve. The king-sized, carved bed and warming fireplace completes this breathtaking room. The bathroom has a large Jacuzzi for two and separate shower.
