Review Locust Brook Lodge, Butler, PA

Video

We are located on a 115 acre former dairy farm in western Pennsylvania. We still run a working farm, with beef cows and calves and horse boarding facilities. Our lodge has seven guest rooms with varied themes to appeal to many different tastes. The grounds include woods, fields, wonderful views and a small trout stream that is stocked in the spring. The site is secluded even though we are less than an hour from Pittsburgh and minutes from major highways. To "get away from it all" without going too far away, Locust Brook Lodge is just the place!

The Serenity Room with it's rich shades of cream and taupe will transport you to your private haven of quiet luxury. Relax in the whirlpool tub then curl up in the armchair to read before sinking into the queen size bed.
The Hunt Room is our two-room suite, perfect for a family, with separate sitting room-bedroom. Burgundy and hunter green and decidedly equine.Sunny yellow walls and border of feathered friends will lift your spirits as you wake up in the queen size bed of The Songbird Room.
The Trout room has handicap access bathroom including a huge roll-in shower, love seat that opens to single bed in addition to queen size bed.The Native American room features soft southwest colors and a collection of native pottery. Whirlpool tub and patio access.
Provencal is a room for romantics, with hand painted furniture in soft shades of green and pink. Compartmented bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower.Country with all the comforts, the Americana room has a roomy whirlpool tub,a great easy chair and access to a patio next to the woods.
Wake up to breakfast in style in the large dining room or in nice weather, opt for breakfast on the deck and enjoy the woodsy view.
