This restored 1890’s Queen Anne home located in historic Victorian Bellefonte, welcomes corporate guests, families including children and pets and couples. Our guest rooms offer a romantic getaway for two or a vacation with your entire family. We provide the perfect accommodations for a one-night stay or an extended retreat in spacious guestrooms, a private apartment, or your own three bedroom guesthouse.

From State College:
Follow Route 26/220 North to Bellefonte exit. Follow 150 N. Go to traffic light at Talleyrand Park. A gazebo and stream will be on your left and the Bush House Hotel will be ahead on your left. Turn right at this light onto High Street. Go 2 blocks up the hill to the courthouse and turn left onto Allegheny Street. Go to the second traffic light and turn right onto East Linn Street. Go exactly one block. The Queen is the last house on the right on that block.
From Harrisburg:
Follow Route 322 east to the foot of Seven Mountains. Turn right onto route 144 and take that into Bellefonte, where it becomes Spring Street. Cross Bishop Street, High Street, Howard Street, and Lamb Street. The next street is Linn. Turn right and go exactly 2 blocks. The Queen is the last house on your right on the 2nd block.
From I-80:hon Street. At the second stop sign turn left onto Linn Street. Travel two blocks to the intersection of Linn and Ridge Streets. Don't be confused by the fact that there is no 200 block on East Linn Street. The Queen will be on your left at this intersection. If you get to the traffic light you went a block too far. - Nearest major airport: Harrisburg, PA (MDT) 95 miles

Our Creme Brulee French toast is made from out own homemade French bread. Sweeten your tea with honey from our back yard hive and pick your own berries in our organic patch.
Other specialties include waffles with whipped cream and fresh berries, baked oatmeal, eggs Benedict, Grecian omelets, baked stuffed apples, yogurt and fruit parfaits, egg puffs, coddled eggs and homemade herb toast. - Limited accommodations for guest pets
- Limitations on children staying (No restrictions in guest house or Maid's Quarters)
- Limitations on childcare (Can be arranged for additional fee if requested when book)
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (You may bring your own. Must be 21 years of age.)
- Deposit amount required (Room is guaranteed with your credit card but not charged until check out unless you are a late cancellation or a no show)
- Check in time is as scheduled and Check out time is 11 am
- Cancellations:
Cancellations received at least two weeks prior to the reservation date have no penalty. Cancellations with less than two weeks notice will require a 50% payment IF the room is not rebooked. Cancellations with less than forty-eight hours notice will be charged in full.
The cancellation fee is $100 for all “minimum night stays”. If cancellation for minimum night stay is received 30 days before the arrival date, no additional charge is made. With less than 30 days notice the cancellation fee is increased to one night’s stay. With less than 14 days notice, full payment for your reservation will be charged to your credit card.
