The Patriot House

My family stayed here after a long day at Hershey. Amber was fabulous. Such a sweet person and so accommodating. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and so comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. Amber made us pancakes with local fresh blueberries. She went out of her way to make a few blueberry free pancakes for my picky eater son. She also made some special pancakes that were gluten free for one of our relatives. This B&B was better than I expected. The only negative thing was that we had to leave and could only stay one night.

We had a wonderful stay at The Patriot House in Annville, PA. We almost passed over this B&B because of the lack of reviews. We found out during our stay that the property has only been open 3 years and the owners hired an experienced innkeeper 6 months ago. The house is beautiful. We stayed 4 nights in the Justice Suite. It has a spacious sitting room, bedroom, and bath. Breakfast was creative and very good. The Patriot House is convenient to the Hershey attractions.

Having a college student in Annville and needing accomodations on my first visit, I discovered The Patriot House. Since my first visit during application and interviews, i knew that for at least 4 years, i wouldn't be staying anywhere else but The Patriot House. The house itself is beautiful, the rooms are so nicely decorated i hate to leave when my stay is done. But more important to me than decor is cleanliness and the Inn is spotless. Laura is lovely and friendly and makes the best breakfast i've ever eaten in my life. I will return every visit to see my daughter until she graduates - i wouldn't even think about looking elsewhere.

I owe this to a charming host Laura who was very willing to have my little ones come and enjoy her home. Most places don't accept children simply because of their age so thanks to Ms. Bunny who turn our family down we had the best time of our life and we stayed in the Best B N B near Hershey. The food was awesome and the ambience unforgettable. If you want a great stay and want to be treated like royality you owe it to yourself to indulge a little and be pampered, the suites are out of this world. I never have to figure out where to stay when I'm near Annville (Hershey), I found it people call it The Patriot House we call it heaven.

The inn was very well kept and Laura, the innkeeper, was very helpful and a good cook. I would stay there again.

My family and I have stayed at the Patriot House twice in the past couple of years when we've gone to visit the Hershey attractions. It is a very charming property with beautiful decor and a pretty backyard with a fish pond. Having stayed in many chain hotels, I have become very picky about cleanliness and noise. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless and the beds were so comfortable! Laura, the innkeeper, was so friendly and hospitable. There is a well stocked guest fridge (water, sodas, tea) and a nice assortment of snacks for all to enjoy. And boy, does Laura serve a delicious breakfast! I was very impressed with the presentation and the variety of foods she served both mornings. This B & B is a real treasure and I would definitely stay there again with my family! ---Shannon F.

My husband and I made reservations for ourselves and my parents at the last minute, so we didn't take a lot of time looking into various options. We were extremely happy when we arrived at the Patriot House. The grounds are beautiful, breakfast was delicious and very filling, and the rooms are lovely. It looks as if no expense was spared in restoring the beautiful old home and the inn keeper was very friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the light snacks and drinks they had on hand at all times as we got back late and somewhat hungry from a party. I would definitely recommend the Patriot House if you are looking for a place to stay in the area.

Breakfasts were outstanding. Decor made it a fascinating place. Comfortable. Wifi reliable, air conditioning more than adequate even on very hot days. I grew up only a block away, and was back to visit friends. The last time I was in this house, in 1939, it was the home and office of Dr. Monteith (he wouldn't recognize it now!). A lime truck ran over my legs and broke one, and I was taken here.

What a delightful and charming place to stay, in the middle of a very charming town. The service and food was outstanding.

I recently stayed at the Patriot House.You won't find a nicer place in Annville! If you are visiting Lebanon Valley College, you can't beat the convenience. We had a lovely breakfast before our daughter's graduation then walked to the graduation ceremony.

The Patriot House is absolutely beautiful! We were made to feel very welcome, our Innkeepers - Lynda and Howard -- were very gracious and breakfast was fabulous! The rooms were immaculate and the Inn itself was so well kept. Very clean, wonderfully decorated. We were in town for LVC graduation, and the proximity to the college made it very convenient to be there. Would definitely stay again. Great place!

My recent stay at the Patriot House was lovely. I was greeted by Lynda and Howard and showed around the Inn which was 4 star in every way. The decorating of the home was beautiful. I was in one of the suites which gave me plenty of room to work and rest. The breakfasts prepared by Howard were wonderful and filling. Any one interested in staying at a BnB near the Hershey area would enjoy the house, rooms and grounds at this inn.

I recently was able to stay at The Patriot House after an Alumni event at LVC. The place was spectacular! I was met at the door by Sarah who showed me my room and answered questions (this was my first B&B stay). Despite being on Main street, it was quiet and very relaxing. Breakfast was fabulous. Definitely a place to consider for my central PA travels. -George

The House Manager was warm and very knowledgeable about the area. The room and entire House were flawless. Very relaxed atmosphere. Would stay again.

This was our second year staying at The Patriot House and we hope there will be many more. The house and grounds are a treasure in every respect. In an effort to present a comfortable, well-appointed, elegant home, nothing has been overlooked. The property is cared for and manicured beautifully. The Patriot House is immaculate and beautifully decorated from the elegant drawing room that houses a piano that guests are very welcome to play, to the gorgeous bedroom suites. Our host, Ginny, made us feel most welcome and served a delicious breakfast. We look forward to our next visit and will definitely recommend the Patriot House to our friends.

We went to the Patriot House for my birthday. From the waterfall gardens, and 24 hour snacks and beverages to the comfy room and great shower--it was great.

Our 3 day stay was magnificent! This is a newly renovated, beautifully decorated bed and breakfast. Ginny (our hostess!) was amazing. Breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean and spacious.

My husband, 7 year-old son and I stayed at the Patriot for a two-night mid-week stay in August while we visited Hershey Park. Our beautifully decorated suite was very accommodating with a king-size bed and a pull-out sofa bed for our son. Although the bedroom window air-conditioner rattled, the beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows to chose from. I can't say enough regarding the hospitality of Ginny and Alex. We greatly appreciated Ginny accommodating our food taste and Alex's expertise of Hershey rides. We would definitely stay at the Patriot on our next overnight stay to Hershey Park!

My wife & I recently stayed at The Patriot House and found it to be a wonderful choice. There is a wonderful mix of period furnishings & modern day comfort & conveniences that gives it a warm and welcoming ambiance while allowing you to feel that you've stepped back in time. And the staff and service was excellent to top it all off.

Newly renovated and magnificently decorated, The Patriot House is indeed a jewel. From the lovely porch area to the gardens, from the spacious public areas to the well-appointed rooms, from the beautifully presented breakfast to the homemade chocolate chip cookies, every detail was well thought out. This Bed and Breakfast is just lovely. Takes you back in time. Very comfortable and accomodating. I really enjoyed sitting by the pond. The innkeepers are great. Great place to relax and unwind!
