Rosalie's bed and breakfast is amazing. From the moment she greets you at the door until you say goodbye, everything is perfect. The rooms are well appointed, the public spaces are beautiful and homey. The decor is quaint, sophisticated and comfortable. Rosalie's cooking is absolutely wonderful. The amenities complete the whole stay which we did not expected in a bed and breakfast. The pool and gardens along with the snacks and coffee simply made it a stay we will not forget. We didn't even have time to use the billiards room or the amazing TV/movie theater room. Next time. Thank you Rosalie!!

We were completely blown away by our stay at Annville Inn. Warm welcome, impeccable house and rooms, incredible breakfast. They are so well organized with printed directions for restaurants or sightseeing. Their recommendations for dining were spot on and fantastic. The country setting is amazing, rolling hills views, tons of birds. We plan to go back and do some cooking/photography classes. Do not hesitate and book this place!

My boyfriend and I have stayed at many B&Bs over the years, but we both felt Annville Inn was the best we'd ever experienced. So much to do there and hosts who were incredibly warm and welcoming and clearly love what they do. The rooms and food were out of this world. We can't wait to go back! P.S. Having an outdoor hot tub was the best part and the reason we chose Annville Inn. That and the pool, game room, and indoor movie theater definitely set it apart from other B&Bs!

My girlfriend and I spent a weekend here recently, celebrating her birthday. It was our first stay at the Annville and no more than 10 minutes after we arrived, we looked at each other and decided this would be "our place" for years to come. In the few months prior to our arrival, the owner Rosalie was more than gracious in her assistance with making reservations, answering questions and going above and beyond in helping me plan the perfect romantic weekend getaway. There is so much to see and do in this town and surrounding areas, but if you wanted to just relax and stay at the Inn, you would not be disappointed or bored. Saying that both Rosalie and Craig exceeded our expectations would be grossly understating their hospitality. When you are here, it is unlike anything we've ever experienced. They sincerely open their home to you and welcome you with open arms. The place itself is impeccably clean, the service is 2nd to none and the food is unmatched anywhere! It's uncanny how everything seems to be perfectly planned and thought out. From the check-in / check-out process, to the layout of the facilities, the intricocies and eye for detail in every aspect of your stay does not go unnoticed! We look forward to spending many weekends away at the Annville and are anxiously anticipating our next stay! :) Thank you to Rosalie and Craig for everything!!! - Jonathan & Colleen
