I booked the english manor suit and it was amazing. It was a suprise for my wife and she absolutely loved it. The staff is so friendly and so nice. The place is beutiful and we met an awesome couple as well. Craig (inn keepers husband) hooked us up with tickets to hawk mountain where we got to see some eagles, hawks and owls along our hike. I will deff recomend this to anybody we had a great time thanks. They recomended great local establishments to dine including the romantic Alfred Victorians restaurant. Felt verry relaxed and welcomed here. They helped plan every detail of my stay as well. Thank you rosalie and craig for a great romantic getaway. Rey and Bav

Rosalie and Craig are the most incredible hosts we've ever known. The Inn and grounds are wonderful. We will be going back again. It may become a yearly event for us. Bill and Tracy

Hubby and I found a little bit of heaven at the Annville Inn. I don't even know where to begin....Rosalie & Craig (owners) are fabulous, hard-working, and caring people and they really know how to make you feel welcome at their home/inn. The house is beautifully appointed in a way that is very elegant yet still made us feel at home. Bedrooms have various themes so it's easy to find one that fits your still. The bed was by far the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in my life -- I fell asleep quickly and woke feeling thoroughly refreshed. Gardens around the property are fantastic. They have a pool and outdoor hot tub, hammock, fire ring (bonfire), games, pool table and so much more. They also have a theater where you can watch a movie on huge flat screen TV, while sitting comfortably in a comfortable/reclining seat. Don't forget the popcorn, just one of the many treats (including homemade cookies, water, soda, tea, salty snacks and more) in the pantry that is stocked and available throughout your stay. Views from the inn are breathtaking, too. AND this review wouldn't be complete without mentioning the breakfast that is served each morning...think farm to table meats, fresh produce, eggs, etc. all put together into mouthwatering dishes that will make you dream about what you'll be eating tomorrow. I could go on forever...but I challenge you to take time and experience Annville Inn for yourself. You don't be disappointed!!

Best B&B ever!

A wonderful B&B with resort amenities. Rosalie really cares about her guests -- she treats you as if you were family instead of a paying customer. A wonderful country setting.

We were so pleased with this place and the inn keeper. She has found her calling and I can not find one thing that is wrong or should be changed. I am looking for more reasons to visit the area just so we can stay there.

Everything about Annville Inn is special, especially Rosalie, innkeeper. I would have to make up something to give a negative comment. We can't wait to return. Thanks for a fantastic mini-break.

Rosalie (and her husband Craig) have really made a magical little B&B in Annville. My wife and I spent two nights here for a mini-honeymoon (until she gets more time off in the new year). I planned a few surprises with Rosalie's help. I brought a bottle of champagne and Rosalie helped sneak it into our room while we went to dinner the first night. Rosalie made some very nice suggestions for our two dinners (Kugo Japanese Steakhouse for a casual & delicious hibachi/sushi dinner in Lebanon and Devon Seafood Grill for an upscale dinner in downtown Hershey) and her picnic excursion was delicious and quite large! She gave us half a dozen suggestions for local hiking locations for our picnic and the weekend just flew by. The B&B is beautiful! It was great to use the hot tub our first night and enjoy the stars (hopefully I didn't bore my wife with astronomical facts too much) and lounged in and around the pool on our second day after our hike & picnic. We even fit in a rousing game of Monopoly on their fancy board in the game room (we're the perfect couple for each other)! We unfortunately ran out of time and never used the pool table or the movie room (the main reason I booked Annville Inn) but we'll definitely be back soon to enjoy Rosalie's delicious breakfasts, use the rest of the B&B amenities and try some different rooms. Our stay in the Mardi Gras room was nice, but it is a pretty small room. P.S. Definitely drink the "Buzz" for breakfast! It's delicious!

She provides a variety of wonderful gourmet dishes that create a full complimentary breakfast that all our guests enjoy. She also creates homemade treats (such as wonderful cookies and succulent sweet breads) that are set out on the coffee bar for those afternoon or midnight snack cravings. Every detail, from select coffee and tea to the main breakfast course to garnishes are carefully thought out. You will enjoy the Inn's place settings and table linins, reminiscent of the Mission Era.
