Our Rose Room was tucked up under the roof, spacious and with delightful views all round. Our private bath was just below, down a short flight of stairs. While traffic on the road was audible, we had no trouble sleeping the nights through -- blame it on the comfortable bed, Breakfasts were top notch and we loved the fresh-cut fruit each morning. It was a lovely visit.

Enjoyed another visit to Living Spring Farm recently. Innkeeeper Deb has not lost her touch in providing a superior lodging venue. We enjoy annual visits to this quaint facility, and can't wait come back.

We've been visiting Living Spring Farm Bed & Breakfast for over 15 years. The charming, cozy home immediately puts us at ease. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful. We love to sit on the screened porch and relax, or walk the property to view the lovely gardens and visit the animals. Breakfast is always delicious and the snack & beverage station available 24/7 is a nice treat. We've stayed in every room and have a hard time choosing a favorite. They are each well-appointed and very comfortable. Innkeeper Debra is a delight and her laugh is absolutely contagious! We will visit again and again!

I am not a great fan of Bed and Breakfasts so I was delighted to experience so much privacy at the Living Spring B&B cottage. It does feel independent from the main house and other guests. Cottage is quite charming. We spent most of our time on the outside patio with views of the pond (ducklings hatched the previous week). Mini horses were very friendly - we wished we had brought carrots to feed them. Breakfast was delivered in a picnic basket daily in the morning. Eggs come right from the farm. Owner Debra made us feel very welcome upon arrival and gave us great advice about nearby areas, including hiking trails in proximity. Baked goods and chocolate strawberries awaited us on arrival. Hope to visit again!

Our stay in the cottage was just what the doctor ordered!!! A much needed get-a-way exceeded our expectations. So so relaxing.. A mouth watering breakfast enjoyed on our own private veranda overlooking the pond.. Need I say more!!! Debra and her husband were so welcoming!!!

We wouldn't have changed a thing. Deb and Bob have created something very magical and make their guests feel so special. It felt like we were staying with old friends, friends who pampered you with delightful breakfasts and allowed you plenty of space. The ponies, the baked goods, the sun on the meadow- I can't wait to go back.

Deb and the Living Spring Farm B&B far exceeded our expectations during a recent 2-night stay. Our room 3rd-floor room was spacious and with a nice decor. Deb's hospitality and breakfasts were outstanding. We'll be visiting her again on our next trip to Adamstown.
