The owners have combined their personal and professional experiences gained living and working in South America, Europe and South Africa and offer their guests hospitality, comfort and service in a homely environment.

All cancellations should be notified in writing. Due to the size of our business and the impact that last minute cancellations could cause, reimbursements are managed as follows:
15 days or greater prior to arrival date: 95% (5% charged for administrative costs) of the deposit.
Less than 15 days prior to arrival date: no reimbursement of deposit (this would include no shows) - Accepted by the following agencies:
