The 4 acre property is located directly on Bluff Beach, with miles of secluded sandy beach.

Our heavy-duty solar energy power allows us to run all the amenities that you might expect. The homes have been beautifully built with rich native woods, high efficiency Hunter fans, fully screened louvered windows, hotel quality mattresses, lots of hot water, fully equipped kitchens and so much space to relax and enjoy life. To get here by air :

Arriving by land via water taxi:

Bocas Marine Tours & Taxi 25 have water taxis leaving Almirante every 1/2 hour. There is a new mini-bus/water taxi service from the Puerto Viejo area in Costa Rica directly to Bocas - .bocasshuttle

Once in Bocas, we will meet you and take you to the beach!

Deposit amount required (A 50% deposit is required – with the balance due a minummum of 30 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, M/C, PayPal or bank drafts.)
Check in time is 10:00am CST and Check out time is 10:00am CST
Cancellations:
A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 59 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. In the event of cancellation, and should we be able to re-rent the accommodation, a full refund will be given with no penalty.
