Inn Details
The Roth House, located at the base of the Pocono Mountains, in the small village of Little Gap, 25 miles north of Allentown. This area was originally inhabited by people of Pennsylvania German decent, which is still evident in the community today. We are only one mile from the Blue Mountain Ski Area, which boosts one of the steepest slopes in Pennsylvania, the Pocono Raceway with international car racing, the Pocono Downs Race Track (horse racing), white water rafting, within one mile of the Appalachian Trail (hiking) and the town of Jim Thorpe (the Little Switzerland of America). Or you can visit an authentic old Pennsylvania Covered Bridge only a few feet from our home which is still in use today. We are also adjacent to one of Pennsylvania's best Trout fishing streams.
With its wonderful craftsmanship and beautiful decor, the inn reflects the charm of a small picturesque hotel.
This 19th century home features theme rooms throughout the house, a beautiful front porch, and a creek located on the property for our guests' enjoyment.

FROM PHILADELPHIA AND SOUTH JERSEY
N.E. Extension of PA turnpike (Route 476) north to exit 34 (mahoning valley interchange). After toll booth head Route 209 North. Drive approximately 4 to 5 miles into the village of Forest Inn, you will pass Forest Inn Masonary and Red Sled Gift shop on right hand side, immediately after red sled gift shop you will see a sign "Palmerton 5 miles", turn right onto Forest Inn Road, continue on Forest Inn Road for approximately 4 miles to Hahn's Diary Road, you will see a sign "Little Gap 4 miles", turn left. Continue on Hahn's Diary Road for 4 miles to the first stop sign, Roth House is across the street and slightly to your right at intersection. (Large tan building, brown shutters, candles in the windows and green doors and accents). My parking lot is directly to the right of the stop sign.
From Blue Mountain Ski Area
When exiting ski area, turn right onto Blue Mountain Drive, continue down to the base of the mountain, (near ski tubing area) road will fork, turn left onto Lower Smith Gap Road, continue a few feet turn turn right onto Covered Bridge Road, continue on Covered Bridge Road and go thru covered bridge, when you come to the first stop sign make a hard left. (this is Little Gap Road, the bed & breakfast will be immediately on the left hand side and my parking lot is on the right hand side. (large tan building with brown shutters, candles in the windows, green doors and accents.) - Nearest major airport: Allentown, PA (LVI-Lehigh Valley International)

From Lehigh Valley International Airport, (Formerly ABE, Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton)
When exiting airport, turn right, (this is Airport Road) look for Rt. 22 West, (should be the first right you can make off of airport road,) continue on Rt. 22 West to Route 145 North (macarthur road) approx. 9 miles to traffic light at far end of long bridge. Turn right onto Blue Mountain Drive and go approx. 3 miles to traffic light in Cherryville. Go straight through Cherryville approx. 3 miles to Danielsville, go straight through Danielsville up over mountain, pass entrance to Blue Mountain Ski area and down the other side. At base of mountain (NEAR SKI TUBING AREA) road will fork, turn left onto Lower Smith Gap Rd, continue a few feet then turn right onto covered bridge road, continue on covered bridge road and go thru covered bridge, when you come to the first stop sign make a left.
