Lynn-Lee House Bed & Breakfast

  • Our beautiful side yard entices you to watch the butterflies float by, dance from flower to flower or just sit and read a good book. The rocking chairs on the front porch invite a chat with friends over a refreshing glass of iced tea or goblet of chilled wine. During the winter months the living room is a wonderful place to toast your toes before the tiled fireplace while mulling over the days events or working a jigsaw puzzle

1868 Second Empire Victorian with a Mansard roof, Lynn-Lee House was originally built for Dr. David Aniey and his family. It remained in the family for 100 years. Lovingly-restored, well-appointed with Antiques, period furnishings, and wide board floors, which lend an atmosphere of tranquility and comfort to the inn's spacious bedrooms. Private baths for each room, sitting area, Wi-Fi. Each room has comfortable and cozy queen-sized beds, beautiful quilts, generous towels, special soaps, seasonal fresh flowers, nightlights... little touches of comfort... all are part of your stay. There are many brochures on property to fulfill your interests from everything from birdwatching, golfing, world-class shopping. We have several great restaurants that go from fine dining, organic cuisine to hometown local comfort food. Ask us for suggestions and we're happy to point you in the right directions for your dining needs! Elk Mountain skiing is only a 20 minute drive, which is like Skiing in VT without the drive! Our desire is that your stay with us be comfortable, happy and memorable. A quote from one of Lyn-Lee House's guest: "You arrive as a guest and return as a friend."
