The Avenue Bed & Breakfast is stylish and comfortable, but very distinctive from other B&Bs. Each room has its own separate, private entrance to the outside. Since our living space is upstairs, guests have exclusive use of a sitting room and breakfast room for work, relaxation or entertaining company. We are located across the street from Lock Haven University and literally at the gateway to the Pennsylvania Wilds.

Our stay and the Avenue B&B was prompted by our moving to the area prior to a new home closing. We have a child in grade school who neede to start prior to closing. The Avenue's River Room where we stayed was very nicely set up and a kitchen that was better than home! The front porch with dining table was our favorite spot overlooking the Susquehanna river. The owner was instantly one of our best friends! So much hospitality! So helpful! So wonderful to our child! Staying at this particular B&B was a huge blessing and I hope and pray continued success for them! What a great place to stay!

The Avenue is located at 84 Susquehanna Ave., Lock Haven, PA. Susquehanna Avenue is PA Route 120 at the northwestern edge of Lock Haven and adjacent to Lock Haven University. Follows signs off SR220 onto PA120. Highway directional signs to the University and Renovo will bring you right past the B&B.
