Our turn-of-the-Century home recalls the rural life a century ago. A wrap around porch and quiet gazebo provide places to relax, read or watch the Amish buggies ride by. Each room has a 20" cabled TV for your enjoyment. Our small orchard provides fruit for the breakfast table.

We arrived to find a new owner, who was delightful. She was a great hostess and is following the traditions of the previous owners. Definitely would return.

The owner made our stay splendid. She is very welcoming and accommodating. My son and I needed gluten-free and dairy-free food, and she made the best pancakes and waffles to suit our needs. Also, I have chemical sensitivities and the place is perfume-free and scent-free.

Within short driving distance of various attractions Walnut Lawn is an attractive porch style American home. The public rooms are interesting and comfortable. The bedroom we occupied was simple fairly small and had some road noise but the bed was comfortable. Breakfasts were of a good standard but served at a fixed time and everyone ate together,

This was our first stay at Walnut Lawn and at a Bed and Breakfast. With this experience, we will definitely try more. Beth was so helpful and gave wonderful suggestions of places to go and things to try while in the area. The room was beautiful and cozy with plenty of privacy and all the comforts of home. The three course breakfast in the morning was first rate with fresh ingredients from the area and a great chance to meet and visit with everyone in a very comfortable setting. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

My recent two-night stay at the Walnut Lawn B&B was most enjoyable. I have been visiting the area for a few years but have never stayed at a B&B. I am so glad I waited for the opportunity to stay here. The innkeeper was especially welcoming and accommodating. It felt like I received concierge service at B&B prices. The location is very convenient if you are planning to go into the city of Lancaster or enjoy the attractions in the outskirts. My room and the common rooms were beautifully decorated and quite comfortable. I highly recommend the Walnut Lawn B&B.

Of course you want a clean and cozy Inn when traveling. Walnut Lawn Bed and Breakfast is that, to be sure. But the most important feature is the Innkeeper. Beth Holloway is delightful, warm, easy going and ever so accommodating. I am definitely going back and I can't wait.

We stayed at the Walnut Lawn Bed and Breakfast for a surprise birthday weekend stay. Beth, the owner, was AMAZING! She was caring, nurturing, and such a pleasure to be around. Her cooking! Her cooking was amazing! THE ROOM!! Such quaint beauty and comfort. It was like visiting a friend or relative. You just don't want to leave. We were to only stay one night, but instead booked an additional night AND a future date before finally leaving to return home. If you are looking for a place to make a memory, looking for a home to stay in, looking for peace and quiet to be catered to, you have found it and MORE at Walnut Lawn Bed and Breakfast. We would HIGHLY recommend you stay here! Thank you, Ivan and Jen
