My wife and I went here for our anniversary, we had wanted to try a bed and breakfast. We are both very glad we choose the Rocky Springs. We stayed in the cottage and loved it. It has a hot tub, a little fireplace stove, and is very comfortable. It was really hot outside and the cottage stayed cool and inviting. Teresa was a great host, she took us on a tour the first day and showed us the mansion and the cottage. Her breakfast's each morning were different and delicious. The Rocky Springs is also located near Old Philadelphia Pike road which has a lot of places to visit. Definitely we had a great location, and everywhere we wanted to visit was within 20 miles or less.

My wife and I stayed at the Rocky Springs Bed and Breakfast the weekend of July 10th to July 12th and we would stay there again when we are in the area. Theresa, the caretaker of the property was just an amazingly friendly, attentive and informative host! The breakfast that she made each morning, along with her wonderful stories got our day started on a very cheerful note. "Thanks Theresa!" Cathie and Bill

Our stay at Rocky Springs was just fantastic. We loved the cottage. It was adorable, very open, the Jacuzzi was awesome, and our breakfast was just delicious! I would recommend this stay for anyone. Also, the history of the bed n breakfast is really neat; it used to be an amusement park! The rich history made it even more fun to stay at.

What a great weekend! The mansion, the grounds, and the gracious innkeepers will take you back in time. We enjoyed walking on the grounds and imagining the people of the past enjoying the rides, the shows, the entertainment, and concession stands the park once offered. The owners have done a deal of work in the mansion and on the grounds to preserve and share our local history. Our room was beautifully decorate with antique furniture, and there where so many places to curl up and relax with a book or your ipad, in the mansion.. We enjoyed the fireplace nook with the comfortable wing back chairs ourselves.Theresa and Sally were very pleasant and made us feel at home right away. Our breakfast the following morning was wonderful, with all of the extra special touches that one would find in our finer restaurants. Ladies thanks so much for such a pleasant weekend!
