A rich blend of toasted almonds, sesame seeds & raisins is paired with roasted chiles, tomatoes & garlic, and slow simmered to perfection with just a hint of chocolate added. Fresh corn tortillas are dipped in this irresistible sauce ( that is what mole means in the language of the Aztecs ) and accompanied by garlic braised chicken and fresh Oaxacan cheese.
