      Our cancellation policy is as follow, regardless of reason or circumstance: If you cancel at least 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we refund 100% of the deposit we receive, less a $75 administration fee. If you cancel at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we initially refund 50% of the deposit less a $75 administration fee, and if we are successful in re-renting thereafter, to the extent that this enables us to refund the balance less the $75, we will do so. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, to the extent that we are successful in re-renting, we will refund the deposit less a $75 administration fee.

Casa Machaya Oaxaca Bed & Breakfast has paid attention to detail.Alternate view of the spacious bedsittingroom, with wicker settee, and colorful draperies which when opened shows the valley and hillside. The selection of DVDs includes movies for children. The cable stations include several in English. The internet is both WIFI, and with cable connection, for faster speed.
    The SMALL, extra bedroom, is just that, suitable for children although the bunk beds are full size. There's also a chest of drawers and clothes rack in the room. For infants, we do have a crib, of course as well as high chair, car seat, etc. For a family vacation, this room is often perfect for the children, although you must exit it via the large bedsittingroom to access the washroom. The kitchen is large and spacious, with all necessary and convenient appliances such as fridge, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, electric juicer. The cabinets are filled with all your serving and dining needs ... but if there's something missing, just ask. As pictured, the kitchen is partially open air, leading out to your private patio.
    The three-piece washroom is simple and functional, typical Oaxacan style. Alternative view of the kitchen, better illustrating wrought iron doorway leaving from it to the patio, and showing the comfy cot for late afternoon snoozes. Also shown is your private spiral staircase leading out to the street.
