Just 3 kilometres from the old town centre of Todi, Villa Sobrano is a picturesque country house surrounded by vineyards and immersed in the green rolling hills for which this area is so well known. The villa itself is a complex of several agricultural buildings that stand around a central main residence. Today the complex of Villa Sobrano is made up of a courtyard, an entrance garden, the garden of the Villa itself, a small chapel and a fortified building erected in the 13th century known as the 'Castello'. Built in the 19th century, the villa reflects a design commonly used by local landowners for their country residences. It is divided into 3 triple rooms , 6 double rooms and 3 suites, each with its own sitting room. All the rooms are entirely furnished with period pieces, each with their own private bathroom and every modern comfort.

The farmhouse Borgo Campanile is located at the edge of Montefiascone, a cute small village on the shore of Lake Bolsena. The stone farmhouse is surrounded by a beautiful park, with many oak trees, olive trees and gorgeous flowers. In the summer you can take a refreshing dip in the sparkling blue swimming pool (10mt x 5mt) and relax among the scent of sunflowers and lavender. Located in a rural landscape, our home offers a magical and romantic getaway, with wraparound colored sunsets. The farmhouse offers guests 3 apartments; two smaller ones with max occupancy of 4 persons and one for up to 8 people, all furnished with elegance and in tune with the rustic environment of the farmhouse. Near Borgo Campanile you can visit towns of cultural and historical importance (Rome, Viterbo, Orvieto, Civita di Bagnoregio, Tuscania, etc..) Borgo Campanile is managed by the owner, Susan Luciani, who prepares a delicious breakfast for her guests, made with blackcurrant jams, raspberries and blackberries; "homemade" colored cakes.
