Take I-205 South to I-5 South following all signs toward Salem. Continue past Salem & Albany South on I-5 to the Hwy 34 exit(Exit 228)near Corvalis and follow signs West to Newport. Continue on Hwy 34 combining with Hwy 20 West to US 101 at Newport. Turn South on US 101 and continue 24 miles to Mile Post 160. Turn right into the driveway at Mile Post 160.
From the Eugene Airport take Hwy 126 West from Eugene to US 101 in Florence. Take US 101 North from Florence 28 miles to Mile Post 160. Turn left into the driveway at Mile Post 160.

Policies - Minimum stay required (2 nights weekends, holidays & special events during peak season (May thru Sept.)
- Smoking is allowed outside only (Please, no smoking on the premises...(smoking on beach OK)
- We cannot accommodate guest pets (Medical Service Animals accepted in accordance with the ADA)
- Limitations on children staying (Our Tradition, Please remove your shoes inside the house)
- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Wine available for purchase, bottle water, juices provided)
- Deposit amount required (Deposit via credit card holds reservation; no direct charge to the card is made until visit is completed or cancellation policy is invoked.)

Sea Spirit House is a small, specific destination type business. Our guest select us for the unique direct beach front, exceptional service and amenities experience. Therefore, we charge one nights rate cancellation fee if you cancel within 30 days of your reservation.

Dianne is a retired flight attendant from the days when plane travel was luxurious and special. Therefore, she knows how to pamper and care for you. Dianne enjoys reading, music, poetry, beach combing and riding motorcycles. David enjoys playing the guitar, motorcycling and meeting new people.
