Easy access to 6 miles of beach 1 1/2 bath, 4 bedrooms, fireplace, kitchen, sunroom, deck and fantastic ocean view - price begins at $175.00 per night for 4 people. Maximum occupancy 8 people (including children) No Pets.

- Minimum stay required (2 nights in the Winter, 3 in summer and holidays)

- Deposit amount required (7 nights or more we require 1/2 total stay. Refundable upon cancellation only if room is re-rented.Less than 7, 1st & last night as deposit)

We charge a cancellation fee for ALL cancelled reservations. For a refund of your deposit (minus fee of $25.00) we must be notified 30 days in advanced. If you cancel with less than 30 days notice, the deposit is only refundable (minus a cancellation fee of up to one night's rent) if we can re-rent the unit for all the nights of your reservation. - Accepted by the following agencies:
