We look forward to making your stay a memorable one. Secluded beach access, exclusive service, luxury accommodations, gourmet full breakfast, recreation, information; all here waiting for you. The Guest Room is luxuriously appointed and includes private hot tub and ocean view breakfast. The Bunkhouse is a separate house with common area, fully equipped kitchen and spa (also goes as a Vacation Rental). (Children 10 and over are welcome). [Bunkhouse spa is shut down for the Winter]
The Bunkhouse has two rooms; Front Room and Back Room. The Front Room bath is adjoining and has a shower. The Back Room bath is next door (with tub/shower) but is private. We serve a full breakfast in the main house. The Bunkhouse also features a large spa.

We are very easy to find. On Highway 101 south of Newport: we are the driveway just north of 144th street on the east side. Look for our sign. Coming from Newport we're six miles south. Slow down and prepare to turn left as you pass 143rd street. From Waldport we are six miles north. Slow down at 148th and prepare to turn right just beyond 144th street. - Nearest major airport: Portland, OR (PDX) 144 miles

From Newport airport: 2 miles south.

The Guest Room is in the main house. The other two rooms are in The Bunkhouse - a separate house with shared living area, full kitchen and covered spa with partial ocean view. (Sorry, no children under 10).

Policies - Minimum stay required (2 night minimum on holiday and special event weekends)
- Smoking is not allowed (Non-smokers only! "No Smoking Anywhere" ($500 charge))
- We cannot accommodate guest pets

- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Complimentary wine)
- Check in time is 3-6 PM and Check out time is 11 AM
- Cancellations:
If you cancel less than seven days before check-in your card will be charged the full amount unless we re-book your room (full credit if you re-book within one year). If you cancel less than fourteen days before check-in your card will be charged a $10.00 cancellation fee.
