- Cancellations:
Cancellation with a full refund is allowed up to 14 days from first night of reservation. Guests who cancel late or do not arrive will be charged for the entire reservation. Spa and Personal Chef bookings require a 7 day advance notice. Cancellation of Spa and Chef services require 7 days from first night of reservation. Missed or cancelled reservations will be charged 50% of the service scheduled. - Accepted by the following agencies:
