Cancellation with a full refund is allowed up to 14 days from first night of reservation. Guests who cancel late or do not arrive will be charged for the entire reservation. Spa services and Professional Chef Catering require a 7 day advance notice. Cancellation of Spa and Chef services require 7 days from first night of reservation.
