Your stay at The Craftsman B&B in Pacific City, Oregon begins as you enter the front door and are taken back to a time of simple elegance. Built in 1921 and renovated in 2005 to include the comforts and conveniences of today. You will marvel at all the details of the Craftsman era that went into the renovation of one of Pacific City’s oldest homes.

The Prairie Room at The Craftsman B&B in Pacific City, Oregon. Frank Lloyd Wright and the Prairie style of design inspired the details of this room as well as the crisp colors and patterns of fall. Rest in the Stickley Prairie bed, or relax on the private deck. The full private bathroom features a claw foot tub with shower.

Quiet and well restored Craftsman home within easy walking distance of the beach and all in town amenities. Micheal is a pleasant and congenial host. Good value for a comfortable B&B experience.

Our host went out of his way to accomodate us. We are vegetarian, and I am gluten-free. When we arrived he greeted us with gluten free brownies! We were recommended to a classy restaurant within walking distance, since we arrived late and were very hungry. We were made to feel very much at home, but also given plenty of privacy. The room we booked was immaculate, decorated beautifully, with real attention to detail. Would highly recommend this B n' B to anyone, but especially young couples who want to get away somewhere quiet that is artsy, and classy at the same time. (The B&B is decorated in the 1920s style...as artists, we really appreciated the owner's eye for design!). Each room has its own private bathroom, with tub and shower. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed lively chats with our host as we ate. We would definitely stay here again, and for more than one night next time! We were sad we didn't get to take advantage of the outdoor jacuzzi!

I retired at age 40 from the graphics business. I used to race sports cars, VW's, no really, VW's. Now I cruise on my Ducati Monster to get my speed fixes. I am into gardening, cooking, baking, woodworking/ furniture making and cleaning bathrooms. I love era specific things: The Craftsman style; Betty Paige; Airstream trailers; Model A's and T's, old trucks, originals and "rat rods"

Mike went out of his way to welcome us. His attention to detail in how he renovated this place was much appreciated. We especially liked the panoramic painting on the walls of the living room. His collection of salt and pepper shakers is charming. The postcard of the area was a nice touch.

This has become a guest favorite and legend around our town of Pacific City. Guest rave about it to local shopkeepers, restaurant staff and locals. It is suggested by waiters to our guests, so this is a staple in our B&B. If you have ever had the dessert Banana’s Foster, you have an idea of what your in for. A popular New Orleans dish, it combines bananas, vanilla ice cream, rum, butter and sugar. Our version excludes the rum and ice cream, but we add pecans. Banana’s Foster is Laura's favorite dessert. I won't let her have desert for breakfast, so she developed this dish,Special meal options
