My daughter and I spent a night here and enjoyed Eileen's hospitality and the very short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Very cozy and inviting. We would come back.

The Grand Victorian was in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to several nice restaurants. The historic district was close by and interesting. Being able to park at the Victorian was a great help. Eileen made us feel very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay here. The hostess was wonderful and I gave her a big hug when we left. This is the first bed and breakfast we have stayed at that my husband really wanted to return to. We stayed on the top floor and we loved it. It's a beautiful home and we had a view of the ocean and took a nice long nap and there's a great restaurant with excellent food within walking distance. If you can only get away for a day or two stay here. It's worth it!

We were so happy with the separate beach cottage we were staying in. It was so sweet and wonderfully decorated! It was literally one street over from the beach and you could enjoy the sunrise over the ocean from the sun porch. Our breakfast and desserts were amazing and the appetizer upon arrival was a special treat! We will definitely be returning with our family next time! Highly recommended!

I took my wife there for our 15th wedding anniversary. The room was amazing and Eileen was so helpful and nice. We went to Aprils for dinner and then the PAC for a show. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. I am sure we will be staying there again.

French Toast/oatmeal cookies
Guests love the french toast as I use Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla in it. Also, many are fooled that my cookies are other than oatmeal since the bourbon vanilla is used in them as well.
