I don't think there is a more outstanding B&b out there, everything was perfect!

Such a nice quiet getaway for my daughter's 13th birthday. The service was very thorough, prompt and friendly. Everything you need is in walking distance; food, shopping, the ocean! The room was tip top, with the homey feeling. And oh the breakfast and dessert, yummm! We will definitely stay in this beautiful home again.

Stopped here on the way back from Portland and it was the perfect place to stay. Eileen and Terry are very welcoming and the service is great. Eileen provided us with appetizers upon arrival and breakfast in the morning was delicious. I would highly recommend staying here if you're looking to stay in Newport.

My husband and I stayed one night in the Victoria suite on the third floor. It was very relaxing. There's a nice view from the small balcony. The jutted tub was so nice and worked fantastic. I am a clean freak so I did notice build up in the standing shower. But other then that it was fine. The bed was very comfy and I didn't want to get out of it! Breakfast was great! Eileen is fabulous. She makes the best cookies! I was worries about going up several stairs and waking others up but they don't make a sound. I will definitely go back.

We showed up fairly late after our wedding ceremony and reception. The hosts even called to make sure what time we are coming so they can have things ready. The snacks were amazing which was Tillamook cheese and candied Salmon. and the breakfast was very good as well. The French toast was awesome. And it has old Victorian charm. You won't be sorry if you stay at this place we woke well rested and headed off to our honeymoon.

We stayed in the cute little cottage next to the B&B, The owner was very nice and provided yummy food. Fenced in back Yard. Would stay there again. Wished it had a closer view to the Ocean. The top floor of the B&B has a great view.

We truly did have a great time celebrating our 46th wedding anniversary in Newport at the Grand Victorian B&B. The day we arrived we had our choice among three delicious appetizers. Each morning we were served a delicious breakfast (by candlelight, with choice of pancakes or french toast, eggs, hashbrowns, sausage or bacon, juice, coffee) and, each night, we were provided with a wonderful dessert. What a great discovery of a new place to stay; we thoroughly enjoyed sharing conversations with Eileen and Terry (the owners). Additionally, this Nye Beach B&B is very close to shopping, restaurants, and the ocean. It is also very reasonably priced. Who could ask for anything more? Ann and John

This was a lovely place to stay, and our hosts could not have been more gracious. It was nicely located in town, and Eileen went out of her way to supply us with delicious breakfast AND cookies AND hor d'oeurvres. I definitely recommend staying here!

The 2 bedroom cottage on this property is a wonderful little rental for a family looking to spend a week at the beach. Roomy and with every necessary extra, including washer/dryer and kitchen make this a cute, if a little worn, place to relax with the kids. B&B aficionados however will find this below the industry average, without the usual camaraderie of fellow guests as you will be sleeping and eating in a separate house.

French Toast/oatmeal cookies
Guests love the french toast as I use Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla in it. Also, many are fooled that my cookies are other than oatmeal since the bourbon vanilla is used in them as well.
