From Portland: Take I-5 South to Exit 294 (Hwy. 99W, Tigard-Newberg). Follow Hwy. 99W to Newberg, turn north (right) on Meridian Street (one block past the two-way to one-way Hwy. 99W split). From Portland International Airport: Take Airport Way to I-205 South to I-5 North exit. Take the first exit off I-5 North to Exit 289 (Tualatin-Sherwood Exit). At top of exit ramp, turn left onto Nyberg Road. At second light, bear left at fork in road (road name changes here to Tualtin-Sherwood Road). At Hwy. 99W (approx. five miles) turn left (west) onto Hwy. 99W and continue to Newberg. In Newberg, turn north (right) onto Meridian Street (one block past the two-way to one-way Hwy. 99W split). With University House of Newberg Bed & Breakfast, you have the entire home to yourself during your visit. Because of this, cancellations affect our business a great deal. For reservation cancellations with at least 21 days advance notice prior to arrival date, deposit will be refunded less a $25 administration fee. If you must give less than 21 day cancellation, we will make every effort to fill your reservation time. If we are unable to do so, you will forfeit the entire deposit. In the event other guests are able to fill your cancelled reservation, your deposit less the $25 administration fee will be refunded. - Accepted by the following agencies:
