For rest, romance or revival of the spirit, visit our wine country B&B (over 120 wineries nearby). Baker Street Inn is a restored 1914, Craftsman-style home decorated with Victorian antiques. We have three rooms available in the main house, along with a private two-bedroom cottage, Le Petite Chateau. Delicious country breakfasts can be served in our beautiful diningroom at a fixed time or choose one of two other breakfast options!     From Portland and the North:
    Follow I-5 southbound to exit number 289 (Nyberg Rd in the city of Tualatin), turn right (west) on Nyberg Rd which will become Tualatin-Sherwood Rd. Follow Tualatin-Sherwood Rd to Highway 99W in Sherwood, then turn left (south) on 99W. This will take you through Newberg and Dundee. Take the McMinnville by-pass which is Hwy 18 (toward the coast beaches). After passing the Evergreen Aviation Museum, you will take the second McMinnville exit and turn right (north) on Hwy 99W.

    In McMinnville 99W is Baker St and the numbers will be going down. As you pass Linfield College, the road separates into north and south bound one way streets. Be in the left lane as we are six blocks further on the left side.

    From the South, (Salem & Eugene)
    Follow I-5 northbound to exit number 253 in Salem (Hwy 22). Turn left (west) and follow the signs toward the "ocean beaches." As you leave Salem you will cross the Willamette River. Approximately 10 miles further you will turn right (north) onto Hwy 99W. It will be the only traffic signal after you leave Salem. McMinnville is 20 miles ahead. When you get to McMinnville, follow the directions above "In McMinnville..."

    From the Coast, (Lincoln City)
    Take Hwy 18 toward Salem (east) to Hwy 99W. Turn left (north) on 99W to McMinnville- about 20 miles. When you get to McMinnville, follow the directions above "In McMinnville..."

    LePetite Chateau, the private two-bedroom cottage has a king bed in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a double and a twin bed. This is a 600 sq ft house with a kitchen, diningroom, living room, one bath and laundry faclities. Great for couples, singles or families traveling together!
