Eastern Oregon lodging in Joseph Oregon at the Bronze Antler Bed and Breakfast. Wallowa Mountains behind the B&B. Photo courtesy of Unique Angles Photography.
Mirror Lake Suite. Special anniversary, couples retreat, Wallowa Mountains views, very private. Attached spa style bathroom.
Early morning coffee with a stellar view from the windows of the Chief Joseph Mountain Room at the Bronze Antler Bed and Breakfast, Joseph Oregon lodging
The Mirror Lake Suite bathroom includes a Wasauna steam shower, Sanijet pipeless whirlpool tub for two, and the new Toto Neorest 600 toilet/bidet. It's a bath lover's paradise.
The Chief Joseph Mountain Room is a splendid retreat after a long day's hike. Fine linens, pillows and down comforter atop the high bed make it a fine place to enjoy that first cup of coffee in the morning.
Breakfast at the Bronze Antler Bed & Breakfast always begins with fresh fruit. Here, kiwi and orange slices rest on home made pound cake, dressed with Tillamook French Vanilla yoghurt.
Jugendstil or Art Nouveau decor is the feature of the Sawtooth Mountain Room at the Bronze Antler Bed and Breakfast in Joseph, Oregon. Here you'll find images by Gustav Klimt, Alfons Mucha, and a lovely enamel cast iron stove of the L'ecole Nancy period. An original oil by Eastern Oregon plein air artist Leslie LeViner is also in the guestroom. See the Wallowa Mountains out your window.
Our bed and breakfast cat and chief literary blogger for the Bronze Antler Bed and Breakfast. Madigan is happy to see you and will greet you outside or in the living room, but you'll never, ever, find her in your guest room!
Steaming coffee is wonderful in the early morning sun.
The Ferguson Ridge Room at the Bronze Antler Bed & Breakfast in Joseph, OR, is a great weekend escape from Portland or a weekend getaway from Boise. Play cribbage in the privacy of your own room.

Perfectly situated near downtown Joseph, Oregon, for walking to area galleries, unique shops and restaurants. Elegant European Arts & Crafts decor (no teddy bears or lace here). A favorite for couples or anyone seeking a getaway from the hub-bub of the city. Hiking, auto touring, fly fishing, and other outdoor activities nearby. Bronze foundry tours by arrangement. Festivals almost every weekend in the summer months ranging from fine art to rodeo and bull-riding. Winters are lazy, relaxing and very peaceful.

The Bronze Antler served as a wonderful "home base" for our visit to Joseph. The home is renovated with period perfect materials and decor. Bill's and Heather's attention to every little detail really makes you feel like you are stepping back in time. Although the house evokes the spirit of times long ago, it is jam packed with with all the modern amenities from private bathrooms, fabulous personal care supplies, and and movies in the front parlor. Guests are welcome to complimentary glasses of port and snacks, always available down in the dining room. The breakfasts are divine! Beautiful home, wonderful hosts and delicious food. You just can't beat that!

The Bronze Antler is a lovely B&B. Very quaint and romantic. Bill and Heather are wonderful hosts, helpful with all aspects of enjoying Joseph, and respectful of quiet and privacy. Thank you. My wife and I will be back.
5 out of 5A lot of fun!
October 06, 2011
Heather and Bill contrived to create a most congenial atmosphere at the Bronze Antler. First off, Heather arranged for us to go to the Nez Perce art auction and dinner, where we mixed with other "guests" and the locals and got a good sense of how the community supports the First Nation. Bill's breakfast was magnificent, and we had a lot of fun talking around the breakfast table, so much so that it was very hard to leave and get back in the car.

Wonderful Host, advisers, wonderful breakfast experience. Wonderful place to say, comfortable, clean, would love to come again. I am an Right leg amputee and still had a wonderful experience in an up stairs room.
