This B & B is so welcoming and comfortable. The breakfast are perfect. I've stayed twice now and when I leave, I can't wait to go back again!

I have stayed at the B&B several times while visiting my son who attends the University. The location is great for walking to the library, Bijou Movie theater and excellent restaurants. The B&B breakfast is fantastic and the rooms have everything one needs. An additional perk is a pass (small fee) to the Downtown Athletic Club which is a great fitness center.

What a gem of a place. Great location. Great breakfast. Great decor. The only thing I would suggest is to put lotion in the rooms. I loved my stay here. Will definitely choose this spot again.

Wonderful place to stay. Easy walk to restaurants. Breakfast was so, so good! The hosts are fun to visit with. This B & B is very clean and welcoming. Our room was up two flights of stairs, so might be a problem if you have issues with stairs. You are welcomed with a glass of wine you pour yourself from a bottle with no label. My only complaint would be that they serve a local wine with the label on it!

We just spent 3 nights at the Oval Door B&B. Our room was lovely and spacious; the breakfasts were delicious, plentiful and varied each day. Nicole was our host during our stay - what a delightful host she was! And since we had to leave on our final day for a very early plane, she packed us both "breakfasts to go" - her suggestion! Eugene is such a compact city that everything we wanted to do was within a 5 minute car ride or a 15 minute walk - a great location for the B&B.

This was a repeat stay at the Oval Door and,, as always, we truly enjoyed the excellent made to order breakfasts, the attention of In-keepers Melissa and Nicole, the ambiance of the cozy bedroom and library and living and dining areas. Everything was super clean, well-thought out, and ready for enjoyment by guests, even homemade cookies and complimentary wine. How many other B & B's provide ear plugs for guests with sensitive hearing?!!! It was not noisy but I found it an example of the thoughtfulness and efforts of our hosts to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I cannot recommend the Oval Door highly enough!
