*For cancellations received more than 7 days prior to arrival, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged/ room. If cancellation is less than seven day’s notice, guest is responsible for full amount of the scheduled stay, unless we are able to re-book the room(s).
*Cancellations must be made by speaking directly with the Host via telephone. E-mail or answering machine messages are not acceptable.
*We do not give credit or refunds for early departures, unless we are able to re-book room(s).
*No shows are charged for full scheduled stay.
*If you have to cancel, but can re-schedule the $50.00 deposit will be applied toward your stay.
