This little gem was a complete surprise. After hearing a friend rave about Lithia Springs Resort and Gardens, I decided to spend one night on my way back home and I am so glad that I did. The staff are welcoming and efficient, the rooms are clean and beautifully furnished, and the mineral soaking tubs in the rooms are like having your own private spa. The rates are reasonable and the breakfast is delicious.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this inn. The rooms are beautiful, service excellent and everyone was welcoming and helpful. Will definitely recommend it to my friends and stay there again if I ever return to Ashland.

It was wonderful. Quaint, beautiful rooms. Loved our stay. Only low point was the Irish tea. Very sparse with just grapes, a cookie, scones, and tea. A full tea has much more. Grounds were beautiful with quaking aspens behind our room and gorgeous fall colors.

We drove 7hrs to get to Lithia Springs Resort & it was well worth the drive!!! Everything from check in to check out was wonderful! We reserved an English Cottage and the hot tub inside the room was wonderful!!! We weren't used to the mineral water that was run on the property but became minor when compared to the rest of the amenities.

I just got back from an excellent trip to Ashland and stayed at the Lithia Inn. The service was wonderful, the staff went way out of their way. The room was beautiful and had lots of extras that made our stay very comfortable. I was expecting the same calaber for breakfast but that was the one area that I found wanting. It was okay, but not great. All in all I would definitely stay there again but will probably not bother with breakfast especially with all the great resturants in town.

We were pampered in a B&B experience that was outstanding in every way. The rooms and surroundings were great and the staff was very attentive and solicitous in every way. The breakfasts were delicious and the afternoon tea and cookies, along with the evening wine made the visit to Lithia Springs Inn a most pleasant experience we hope to repeat very soon.
