We stated at Lithia Springs in June while we were in Ashland to see plays at Oregon Shakespeare Festival. The property was quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The food each morning and tea in the afternoons was delicious. It was a wonderful experience and we plan to return next summer.

Here are the good things: Grounds - just wonderful. The gardens are so well designed and beautiful, so many hidden nooks and crannies. The breakfast is beyond the ordinary. Everything homemade and fresh. The front desk people are friendly. Everything is clean. Beds are comfy, and the decor is MOSTLY pretty cool. A little bit of doily, which seems unnecessary and the leather couches and Louis the whatever knockoff chairs are odd. OK though. Here's what's not so cool: Not sure why this is referred to as a spa. Other than the in-room Jacuzzis with the natural spring water, there is nothing else spa-like about this place. For some odd reason there is no pool, though that is supposedly happening with the new addition. The car lot. Hey, some screening would go a long way to make you feel you weren't in the used car section of the Chevrolet dealer. And we didn't love ordering a bed for a guest (and paying for it) to find they didn't honor our request. The people who work here/manage the place are VERY nice yet...kind of ineffective. We called the "emergency" number, to be referred to an "emergency" number which went to voicemail. There is literally no security here at night and no phone other than your cell. Not ideal. They were nice about refunding the money and swore "nothing like this has ever happened before" but I do wonder. All that said, it was a pretty nice place. Hope they tighten things up.

This little gem was a complete surprise. After hearing a friend rave about Lithia Springs Resort and Gardens, I decided to spend one night on my way back home and I am so glad that I did. The staff are welcoming and efficient, the rooms are clean and beautifully furnished, and the mineral soaking tubs in the rooms are like having your own private spa. The rates are reasonable and the breakfast is delicious.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this inn. The rooms are beautiful, service excellent and everyone was welcoming and helpful. Will definitely recommend it to my friends and stay there again if I ever return to Ashland.

It was wonderful. Quaint, beautiful rooms. Loved our stay. Only low point was the Irish tea. Very sparse with just grapes, a cookie, scones, and tea. A full tea has much more. Grounds were beautiful with quaking aspens behind our room and gorgeous fall colors.

We drove 7hrs to get to Lithia Springs Resort & it was well worth the drive!!! Everything from check in to check out was wonderful! We reserved an English Cottage and the hot tub inside the room was wonderful!!! We weren't used to the mineral water that was run on the property but became minor when compared to the rest of the amenities.

I just got back from an excellent trip to Ashland and stayed at the Lithia Inn. The service was wonderful, the staff went way out of their way. The room was beautiful and had lots of extras that made our stay very comfortable. I was expecting the same calaber for breakfast but that was the one area that I found wanting. It was okay, but not great. All in all I would definitely stay there again but will probably not bother with breakfast especially with all the great resturants in town.

We were pampered in a B&B experience that was outstanding in every way. The rooms and surroundings were great and the staff was very attentive and solicitous in every way. The breakfasts were delicious and the afternoon tea and cookies, along with the evening wine made the visit to Lithia Springs Inn a most pleasant experience we hope to repeat very soon. The Inn is beautiful and the staff are all great! The afternoon tea was not what it should be and the breakfast should be skipped.
