From Hwy I-5 take exit #14, travel away from downtown Ashland on Hwy 66 about four miles. With Emmigrant Lake on your left, watch for Old Hwy 99 south on your right. - Cancellations:
Any change to a confirmed reservation that reduces the number of rooms or days reserved will be treated as a cancellation. All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
Early cancellations: Deposits will be refunded for cancellations made 31 days prior to arrival date, less the $25 cancellation fee.
Late cancellations: For cancellations made 30 days or less before arrival, full payment will be required for all nights reserved if the room(s) cannot be rebooked.
No credit or refunds are given for early departures or late arrivals.
