"A Place for Peace and Serenity"

"We picked the Railway Cottage for its verandah, rocking chairs, and railway theme. But imagine having an actual working model railway mounted around the perimeter of one room. And so many other things "railway". And then, to find milk, water, and juice in the fridge, cereal in the cupboard of a full working kitchen including washer/dryer, and be offered kayaks and transport to nearby Blue Springs Park. And to have a binder of useful information about the surrounding area. We opted for breakfast in the main house and both days were amazing; they even catered to my wheat sensitivity with gluten-free pancakes. It was lovely to chat with this engaging couple who truly enjoy what they are doing. The grounds were lovely to look at with various benches and bird baths - just what we needed. And so quiet. We would go back there for longer just to do more outings, say, to the ocean just 30 miles away, and to spend more time curled up with the movies and books they offered. The manatees at Blue Springs Park were so easy to see in the clear spring water. We truly felt pampered. Liz, Kathryn, and Allan - Toronto, Ontario. "
