First blinking light as you enter Lincoln City and can smell the ocean air...turn left on Neotsu Drive, fast right on Johns Ave., right on 40th Ct. End of cul de sac....... Totem pole says Hidden Cove. Park next to rock wall or at street level and come down the stairway on the left of the building; ring doorbell. Follow signs to Salem/south. When you get to Salem, take Salem Parkway exit. Stay on Commercial Street heading south. Come into central downtown. Turn right at the Center Street bridge, stay in one of the left two lanes and follow signs to the Oregon coast. First blinking light, as you enter Lincoln City, turn left on Neotsu Drive, first fast right on Johns Ave., turn right on 40th Ct. End of cul de sac, Totem pole says: Hidden Cove. Policies - Minimum stay required (Two nights on weekends from April thru October)
- Smoking is not allowed (Due to odor and health considerations of all occupants.)
- We cannot accommodate guest pets (Due to allergies suffered by many people.)
- Accommodations are not suitable for children (Due to lakefront)
- No childcare is provided
- Deposit amount required (50% deposit at time of registration.)
- Check in time is 5:00 p.m. and Check out time is 10:30 a.m.
- Cancellations:
Cancellation must be within 3 days. If we re-book the room, you will get your deposit back. If it does not re-book, your deposit will be forfeited.

Avette Gaiser, native Oregonian, has lived in this area for over 10 years and in Salem, Oregon since 1947. She is a graduate of U of O with a B.S., Art Education and an A.A., Interior Architecture from Bassist College. Before retirement, Avette was a licensed realtor in the state of oregon and an interior designer for retirement centers. Currently, she is a hobby painter and jewelry maker. Ask to see her work!
