A simmering pot of lean ground beef or chicken, beans and sweet corn in a Mexican spiced tomato based broth. Top with your choice of jalepenos, sweet onions, cheese ,sour cream and corn chips. Finished with something sweet. Add $25 for 2 people to the room rate.
