We're located near Junction City, Oregon, about 30 minutes from either Eugene or Corvallis and less than 20 miles from Interstate 5. We have two guest rooms in our cozy farm house, RV parking, and a barn for guests traveling with horses. Fall of 2015, we have added "Fern," our new travel trailer guest house for a private space with all the amenities, near our B&B&Barn. And, we specialize in personal introductions to our wonderful neighboring wineries. We're also close to a nice golf course in a beautiful country setting, as well as hiking and other outdoor activities. College sports, performing arts, and shopping are nearby as well. We are a pet household with a dog and cats. Your well behaved pets are welcome on approval. Special pet fee applies. We also offer Farm Stays (special pricing applies) for those wishing to learn more about and enjoy country living. Learn about horse care and management, work in the garden and greenhouse, and participate in farm maintenance and management. Ask us about our "Horse Experience" (special fee) to learn about handling horses on the ground, grooming, and safety. We do not offer horseback riding, but there are two trail riding businesses located within an hour of our location.

A great hostess!!!

I stayed at Mary's B&B one night. Mary is a joy to talk to and so are her wonderful animals. The dbl bed is comfortable and I love fresh air, and was able to keep the windows open all night. I felt very welcome and Mary is very considerate and thoughtful!!!

Life on the farm . . .

5 on October 21, 2013

We stayed at Territorial for six days in October 2013. My wife and I had experienced a Farm B&B previously, and it was our desire to repeat the experience. We enjoy the animals and simple, easy and relaxing atmosphere of farm life. At Territorial, we found all that, and Mary made us feel very much at home. Territorial provides easy access to Eugene and several nearby wineries at a reasonable price.

A very special place

We had a wonderful weekend at the Territorial BBB! I was very hesitant around the horses at first, but Mary was very understanding and introduced them to us slowly. Mary has a very special gift with horses. She spent so much time with us, explaining the care and personalities of the horses, teaching us how to groom them and even do some "ground work". It was a great introduction to horses for me! We were even able to bring our dog Gus who spent the weekend playing with Mary's golden Lucy. We would highly recommend a stay here, you can relax on the back porch, pick blackberries, go check out the local wineries, and learn about life on the farm.

Hidden Gem

Our stay at Territorial BBB was wonderful. Mary is such a gracious host as was her son Anders. Her "cozy" farmhouse had wonderful ammenities and special touches. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the house was spotless. She gave us a tour of her stable, it was such a delight to spend time in the country, yet be close to Eugene and most importantly, the wineries! There were several wineries within just a few minutes of the B&B and Mary was able to provide us personal intros to several! Her rates are so reasonable, it was an easy trip to Eugene, this is definately where we will be staying in the future.
