The charm of this European style hotel is evident when entering the lobby. A friendly greeting of fresh flowers, comfortable fireside seating and gracious staff insure a pleasant stay. The Hood River Hotel, built in 1913 and located in downtown Hood River, Oregon, is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Guest bedrooms are decorated with period reproductions, cherry and pine furnishings and some include a canopy bed and a kitchen. Toys and games are available to occupy families. A sauna, Jacuzzi and exercise facility is available on the ground floor. Adjoining the lobby is Cornerstone Cuisine, the in-house restaurant that is one of only five Oregon establishments to win the prestigious North American Restaurant Association Award of Excellence.
