Wine Country Farm B&B

6855 NE Breyman Orchards Road , Dayton, OR 97114-7220 USA (Show map)

About

We have magnificent views looking clear across the Willamette Valley and to the Cascade Mountains. The house is a French style built in 1910. We are located in the midst of the wineries with Domaine Drouhin on one side and Domaine Serene on the other. Our own vineyards surround us and the tasting room offers our five different varieties grown here. We recently completed our own winery on site. We raise and show Arabian horses and you may go for rides through the vineyards or take a buggy ride/picnic to a beautiful site. Large, beautiful grounds with many flowers. Seven of our nine rooms have balconies or decks overlooking our view.

Wine country retreat

4.2 on July 25, 2016

This was a beautiful place to stay. Very relaxing wth panaramic views of the winery. My only negative would be the shower head spray was poor and the rooms walls were thin. We could hear our neighbors talking but it was muffled. The buildings are old but very well kept. I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back. I'm planning on sending our son and wife here for his 10 year anniversary.

Innkeeper Response
Thank you for taking the time to write down your thoughts. The Cascade and Yamhill rooms are part of the original 1910 house. The wall materials back then were not the same as present day materials. We will double check all of the shower heads to make sure they are working properly. We look forward to seeing you again.

Wonderful Wine Country B&B

A fantastic experience! Lots of small wineries within walking distance. Our room had a balcony that looked out over vineyards from high on a hill. We were treated very well by the friendly staff. The food was first class. Their Australian Shepard (Girs) took us for a scenic walk through the countryside. A first class experience we will remember for a long time.

Innkeeper Response
So glad that you had a great time with us! Yes, Gris does like to take everyone on a walking tour. All he wants in return is an occasional back rub! along with our winery, there are 5 others within walking distance of us. Thank you for taking the time to write down your thoughts about your stay!

Highly recommend

The setting could not have been prettier overlooking the vineyard and the Willamette Valley. Our room was large with a very comfy king size bed and a sitting area. My only issue was that the shade for the sliding door going out to our balcony was not a black out shade. Light started coming in the room before 5 AM. The breakfasts were amazing and we needed to eat a bit early our last day to catch a flight and they accommodated us with yet another outstanding breakfast!

Innkeeper Response
Thank you for taking the time to write down your thoughts about your stay with us. We try to help all of our guests enjoy their stay with us. We will look into your issue with the shade. Glad you enjoyed your stay.

Must Stay

5 on November 18, 2015

The Wine Country Farm B&B is a must stop if you're visiting the Willamette Wine Valley. The B&B sits on a hill and our room had an incredible view of the vineyards below - and there are a lot to view. Service was excellent and Grace who manages the B&B was wonderful. She made sure all our needs were met and the breakfast she prepared was incredible. We are already looking to plan our next visit. Couldn't have been happier with our time at the Wine Country B&B.

Innkeeper Response
Thank you for taking the time to write down your thoughts about your stay with us! Our Oregon, Sunset, Salem, Jefferson, and Willamette rooms all have great views of the vineyards and the Willamette Valley. All of us here try to do our best to make our guests feel at home and to make them comfortable. We look forward to your next visit!

I surprised my fiancé with this beautiful B & B! We compared it to our trip to Italy.. The Oregon suite was spectacular, the comfort and cuisine were excellent! .. The owner gave us private tastings and shared valuable wine knowledge. We cannot wait to return! Thank you!

Innkeeper Response
Yes, the Oregon room is very nice, along with the view from its deck! Grace does a fabulous job with the different items for breakfast. Thank you for the kind words. We look forward to your return!

Innkeeper Response
Thank you for writing down your thoughts about your stay with us. So glad that you enjoyed your time. Typically we serve bacon, sausage, fruit, an egg dish, and a main dish. We arrange what we serve so that there is not a duplicate egg dish or main dish during your stay. When we know of food allergies we make accommodations for those needs as well. We look forward to your next visit!

Friendly owners and staff, beautiful surroundings. Great room (Willamette) and delicious breakfast. The Dundee Hills area is spectacular. Interesting tasting. Close to the Summit vineyard which is worth a visit. The Dundee Bistro has good food and great value on wines by the glass.

Innkeeper Response
Thank you for writing down your thoughts with us during your stay. The views from the property are very enjoyable. With our large deck, and many choices for seating you are able to find a spot and enjoy a glass of wine. In close proximity, there are great wineries and great restaurants. Hope to see you soon again!
