    Oak Hill is a 1910 farmhouse on a former peach and pear orchard offering six rooms with private baths, in-room thermostats, electric fireplaces and WiFi throughout. Relax and read in the front room or in our garden and pergola. We have a guest computer and printer, iPod player and comfy chairs. Our breakfasts are served family style in the dining room or, on beautiful Ashland mornings, we serve in the shade of an ancient oak on the garden deck. Breakfast includes juice, fresh fruit, freshly baked breads and inspired entrees. Good, strong coffee is out at 7AM along with the New York Times and USA Today..

    • Deposit Amount Required: 50% when booked

    • Cancellations: Notice of cancellation given 30 days or less prior to date of arrival will require payment of all reserved dates if rooms cannot be re-booked. A shortened stay will be treated as a cancellation. There is a $25 per room cancellation fee.
