    • Cancellations:
      There is a $25 fee for cancellations. The deposit will be refunded for cancellations up to 30-days in advance of the reservation date. For cancellations later than that, we will refund the deposit only if the room is rebooked.

    Three of our rooms have king-size beds.  All rooms have private bath and individually controlled air conditioning.The Romeo & Juliet room has a private balcony overlooking the beautiful Rogue Valley.
    Our 700 square foot cottage was fully remodeled in 2005.  It comfortably sleeps six and has two bedrooms and one and a half baths.The cottage is ideal for large groups, families and people traveling with pets.  A continental breakfast of home-made pastry, fresh fruit and juice is delivered to your doorstep each morning.
    The front porch is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or to curl up with a good book in the afternoon.Meander through our award-winning gardens or take a respite on the old stone bench in the shade of the flowering cherry and dogwood trees while listening to the bubbling fountain.
    Winter in Ashland is beautiful!  Come see the Grand Illumination when the town sparkles with a million lights!  Try your hand (or foot)at ice-skating on our new professional outdoor rink, or ski Mt. Ashland.
