Stayed here for just a couple of nights - all they had available at the last minute - and was charmed by the room, the common areas and the hosts. The location was perfect and we will stay there again on our frequent visits to Toronto.

I stayed 7 nights at Baldwin Village Inn. I travel quite a lot and I have stayed in plenty of B&Bs before, but this one was unique. The rooms are very clean and nice and the bathrooms are amazingly functional - and I'm a guy who usually doesn't really care or pay attention to these things. Breakfast is copious and delicious. Tess and Roger are outstanding hosts and they clearly love what they are doing. It's possible to feel at home from the first day until the last. Highly recommended!

My husband and I just spent a weekend in Toronto. We wanted to stay in a B&B downtown. The Baldwin in was within walking distance to everything! Roger and Tess were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. Surrounding the inn are several restaurants as well. We will be back to Toronto and back to the Baldwin Inn.

We stayed in the Baldwin Village Inn 2 times, all in all 3 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, all of us, as well the kids (10&12) as we ourselves. Conveniently located in a street full of restaurants, within walking distance of mayor nice neighbourhoods as well as CN tower & university. Roger & Tess are very warm hosts, who make sure that everybody feels at home (and gets to know each other over breakfast). They are very flexible and offer great services such as free internet, use of their video library (loads of kids movies as well). The rooms differ in size, some have more amenities than others. But all in all: excellent price quality relationship, most certainly for a metropole like Toronto

Stayed for 8-10 days during September and October, along with two other family members. We all felt "at home" immediately, and nothing seemed too much trouble for our hosts, Roger and Tess. Breakfasts at the "farmhouse - type" communal table always got the days off to a great start. The Inn was good value for money, very clean, and had a really friendly atmosphere. Plenty of eating places nearby. Very quiet area. Would go back anytime.
