If driving from the airport, take Hwy 427 South to the QEW which becomes the Gardiner Expressway. Take the Gardiner Expressway East to Toronto. Exit on Spadina St. and drive North to Queen St. Turn right on Queen St., and left on Beverley St. and then right on Baldwin St. (6 blocks from Queen St.)

No refund policy for shortened stays. Confirmed reservations cancelled more than 5 days before the scheduled date of arrival are subject to a cancellation charge of $50.
