We had a wonderful time at Seaton Dream. Toronto is so busy and chaotic and to enter Jamie and Alan's home was like an oasis. Jamie and Alan were awesome hosts. The breakfasts were full of variety and beautifully cooked. My husband and I will make it our new accommodations in Toronto! Thanks Jamie and Alan!!

This B&B is a wonderful establishment filled with modern furnishing in fully renovated rooms. My friend and I stayed for one night to watch a show at the Rogers centre. It is minutes away from the entertainment district and it was great that Jamie, or host was incredibly accommodating and hospitable. Will be planning on coming back!

This B&B is an easy walk to downtown. Excellent transit also. Charming, welcoming, safe, nice bathrooms, quiet, clean, excellent breakfasts. I stayed for several weeks due to a family illness. Jamie & Allen went out of their way to be supportive & helpful. I now consider them to be good friends.

My partner and I stayed at A Seaton Dream this past weekend and it was a perfect weekend. The location of the house is great, very walkable to the centre city. Jamie and Alan were very gracious hosts & breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back soon!

The West Wing
The West Wing is the large Master Bedroom on the Second Floor. This room boasts a Bay Window overlooking beautiful Victorian homes. Newly renovated with hardwood floors, a private ensuite bathroom complete with a six foot air-jet tub, an elegant table for two, 2 wing back chairs, cable television and a queen size bed. If you bring a laptop, ethernet or wireless connection is available ensuite at no additional cost. If a romantic getaway is what you had in mind, this is the room for you. Safe is available for your personal use.

Cancellations: As we are easy going people we always worry that a cancellation policy can make us seem "strict" but we do hope you can understand that the "rules of the road" are necessary as we are ultimately running a business. So here goes: If you are required to cancel your reservation and provide us with at least 14 days notice we will only charge a $26.50 administration fee ($25 plus 5% tax). Deposits will not be refunded if a cancellation is received within 14 days of your arrival date. If you cancel on the day of check-in or are a "no show" you will be obligated to pay for the entire stay as origially booked (we hope you can appreciate that it is unlikely we could re-book the room at this point). We will send a confirmation e-mail of your reservation within 24 hours of receipt of your reservation request. If you do not receive a confirmation it is your obligation to contact us to ensure that the booking is confirmed. If you reserve a room and do not show up, stating that you "did not receive a confirmation" will not be an acceptable excuse. You will be liable to pay for the entire stay so please contact us if you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of booking. Did it sound too harsh? We hope not. We try to be as fair as we can.

It looked nice, it sounded nice and all the reviews we found of it said it was nice. Actually it is wonderful! We spent a week there and from the first welcome to the reluctant depart it felt more like staying with good friends. Jamie and Alan are great hosts - attentive and thoughtful, ready to stop and chat. Breakfasts are varied and tasty and beautifully presented. And the house is well turned out, spotless and obviously loved. The location couldn't be better - 15 minutes from down town and tram and bus links - for exploring an interesting city. Would we stay there again? Yes, like a shot! We had a great time and a lovely holiday. Oh, and did I mention, it is so nice to be welcomed. So thanks Jamie & Alan. And hope to see you again in the not too distant future. Martin & Sue

This bed and breakfast was very clean, cozy, and had a nice, updated decor . It was within walking distance of downtown and many attractions. Jamie, the host, was exceptionally nice and cooked wonderful breakfasts each morning. Enjoyed having breakfast with the other guests who were from 3 different countries. Next timef I'm in Toronto, will definitely stay there again.

Had a great time. Jamie and Alan were wonderful hosts, and the B&B is conveniently located just off the metro line. Great breakfasts, and it was nice to stay in a small B&B where we had a good time getting to know the other guests in the morning before we all set out on our days.

Turn right (south) on Seaton.. We are half a block up on the left. Note: The last right turn we told you to take is an illegal right hand turn. We suggest you cut through the parking lot on the corner rather than actually turning right at the corner. Alternatively, you can go one block past Seaton, turn around, and approach the street from the other direction. It¿s a bit inconvenient but the ¿No Right Turn¿ sign does keep our street nice and quiet
