    Policy

    Reservation Policy

    • Check in: Flexible    Check out: Flexible

    • Minimum stay: Min. stay may apply in peak season. Please check on-line availability calendar.

    • Deposit amount required: A deposit equal to the cost of one night's accommodation will be applicable at the time of booking. Remaining nights will be charged at the time of arrival.

    • Cancellations: As we are easy going people we always worry that a cancellation policy can make us seem "strict" but we do hope you can understand that the "rules of the road" are necessary as we are ultimately running a business. So here goes: If you are required to cancel your reservation and provide us with at least 14 days notice we will only charge a $26.50 administration fee ($25 plus 5% tax). Deposits will not be refunded if a cancellation is received within 14 days of your arrival date. If you cancel on the day of check-in or are a "no show" you will be obligated to pay for the entire stay as origially booked (we hope you can appreciate that it is unlikely we could re-book the room at this point). We will send a confirmation e-mail of your reservation within 24 hours of receipt of your reservation request. If you do not receive a confirmation it is your obligation to contact us to ensure that the booking is confirmed. If you reserve a room and do not show up, stating that you "did not receive a confirmation" will not be an acceptable excuse. You will be liable to pay for the entire stay so please contact us if you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of booking. Did it sound too harsh? We hope not. We try to be as fair as we can.

    • Directions to property:
Go south on Highway 427 to the Gardiner Expressway, east toward Toronto. Exit Jarvis Street and head north, to Gerrard. Right (east) on Gerrard, to Gerrard, past Sherbourne Street, to Seaton. Turn right (south) on Seaton.. We are half a block up on the left. Note: The last right turn we told you to take is an illegal right hand turn. We suggest you cut through the parking lot on the corner rather than actually turning right at the corner. Alternatively, you can go one block past Seaton, turn around, and approach the street from the other direction. It¿s a bit inconvenient but the ¿No Right Turn¿ sign does keep our street nice and quiet

We had a very pleasant and comfortable three-night stay and would definitely make this our first choice if we ever need a b & b in Toronto again.

we felt very welcome and had a nice stay. We definitely can say we had the best breakfast during our 2 weeks traveling in Canada. Room was in the cellar but this was not an issue. Everything was clean and we can recommend to stay with Alan and Jamie. To Downtown only 15 minutes walk.

This was my third year staying at A Seaton Dream while attending the Toronto International Film Festival. I wouldn't stay any other place! Convenient location, friendly service from Alan and Jamie, and interesting fellow guests from all over the world. Truly a "home away from home". Gary Jaffe

We came a long way from home to help our daughter settle down in UofT. Our 12 day stay was indeed what dreams are made of. Alan was absolutely a top notch host. That extra care for breakfast (we're vegetarians) made us feel special. We especially loved the attic room. it was quaint and cosy. We missed Jamie but can well imagine his hospitality. We came in as guests and left as a family.

    Such a nice stay!

Visiting the Ontario museums, we stayed 3 nights at the Seaton Dream. Our room was fantastic, with it's small balcony where we were able to sip a little port before sleep. Warm welcome, nice breakfast, superb location downtown. We were able to walk to all our destinations. No hesitation: This is a gem.
